I have had a couple issues (which is to be expected in an up and coming company) in the few months I have been ordering, but customer service was excellent and did what they could to correct the situation.
I know they listen to the customers and try to accommodate requests/suggestions.

Love your product. Southern Strawberry is one of my favorites. Only complaint would be the new smaller packets don’t taste as good as the og ones. But they still taste good. Whenever there’s a new one I have to try and love them all so far. Miss the watermelon rock candy.

In the beginning, I had an order that wasn’t delivered. I emailed the company and got the Tea within two days. They gave me no problem whatsoever.
I like the tea. Someone compared it to overly sweet Kool-Aid. I don’t find that to be true at all. If it tastes too sweet to me I just water it down some.
I do wonder that they are supposed to be artificial sweetener, free, but I read the ingredients on some of them and they have sucralose. But I do like them and it’s a welcome change from soda for me.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Switching to their loaded teas is one of the best decisions I've made for my health. I have zero brain fog, sustained energy throughout the day, and I love knowing I’m putting clean, wholesome ingredients into my body.

I discovered loaded teas about a month ago after trying out caffeine free flavors. So far I have tried 15 flavors and absolutely love every one I have tried. I love supporting small businesses and the product is simply delicious. I have repurchased 5 times so far . Their customer service is the BeSt!!

I will order again and hoping they get more caffeine free flavors. The drinks are so refreshing and it’s easy to get my water macros in daily. My favorite drinks are the flavors with collagen!! Please make more with protein and collagen in the caffeine free version!! There is a market for that and these don’t stay in stock long!!

The Loaded tea shop has the best teas for multiple reasons. The taste is great, the benefits are great, and the customer service is phenomenal. Highly recommend frog spit, but really you can’t go wrong with any of them!

I REALLY LOVE THESE PACKETS THEY ARE FULL OF FLAVOR WITH OUT THE ACTUAL SUGAR IN THEM. I ALSO WANT TO SAY THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP OF THE LINE... I HAD A PACKAGE CAME IN DAMAGED AND MISSING A PACKET. SO I EMAILED THEM AND THEY RESPONED REALLY FAST AND TOOK CARE OF MY ISSUSE. IWANT TO SAY THANKS TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I LOVE THE BOMB POP ALOT BUT I THINK I WILL BE IN LOVE WITH THE SOUTHERN STRAWBERRY KISS ONE BECAUSE I LOVE ABYTHING STRAWBERRY.

I love the discounts as well as the wide variety of teas. I started by ordering your teas on Amazon and paid full price, but used Afterpay. After I determined that I loved them, I started ordering from your website. I would still order them without the discount. I am absolutely hooked.

This company makes a great product has fair shipping amazing customer service and their flavors are to die for. I ordered these teas all the time. I drink them every day and I’m a diabetic. It’s amazing to have something so good that has no sugar that’s full of vitamins, collagen protein so amazing if you’re up in the air about buying this product, I’m gonna tell you you buy this product it’ll change your world

I placed an order and there were a few flavors out of stock. No biggie. Then when I asked a few questions about the order because I was confused on something , they were so quick to get back to me, very thorough and kind. On top of that, they went above and beyond and sent a few free teas in other popular flavors, just for any inconvenience and for my own confusion on something. I will most definitely keep doing business with them. Plus, the teas are yummy and healthy. Win win.

I have had a great experience from the first time ordering, to becoming an affiliate, to getting help with orders that are damged etc. The one thing I wish would be updated is, as an affiliate, I wish that we could see who places an order with us. That way we can personally reach out and be sure they are happy with the product and if they have any issues…and personally thank them as well…so that hopefully they would keep coming back to order. Not hearing from a person that you ordered from may make them think that we don’t care that they ordered from us and then not order again. Or they may not reach out if something was wrong. My experience today, I received my package with damaged packages. I emailed and received response almost immediately as a way to fix it. Quick response and very helpful!

I was offered a Loaded Tea from a friend when she noticed I always had a Red Bull in my hand and was still struggling to get thru the day. I was very skeptical but I tried it. I haven’t had an energy drink since that day. I have ordered several times and I am addicted to The Loaded Tea Shop! No more crashes in the evenings from coming down off of the energy drinks and I don’t feel tired all of the time. The teas are healthier, they are cheaper and they aren’t carbonated which is a bonus for me because I have stomach issues. I am so thankful that I found this company. Also.. I want to say they have amazing customer service. I couldn’t be happier to recommend a company to anyone. Give them a try and see for yourself.

I love The Loaded Tea Shop! All the teas I’ve tried have been great! The new ones that have protein & collagen added are amazing. I physically feel better after switching from coffee every morning to these teas, and they are definitely better on my wallet. Also their customer service is top-notch!
