This has taken years its ridiculous! Its 1 excuse after another.
Because you have taken so long you shouldnt be entitled to a percentage of the compensation.
I also did receive an incentive to write this is have to tick the box

TheClaims Guys keep me up dated every month, with news of how the claim is progressing. Occasionally I’m asked to up date details to ensure everything is up to date. I’m quite happy as things are, and look forward to a positive outcome.

Really not sure what's happening don't know whether I need to find another company to chase it up with all I ever get is emails asking me to upload my ID and resign for redone it six times I will not be doing it again I want to know when I'll be getting the money that it owned me

Keeping me informed of the situation

They keep me informed on my claims and hopefully come to a final solution. As they have done before
