Have kept me constantly updated on how my claim is proceeding.

You have always updated me but yesterday i Reconfirmed an email but only for MOTOR NOVA but I have another claim with CLOSE BROTHER

This seems to be dragging on and on and on, that’s the reason for the two star review.

It is taking a long time to get this sorted out BUT I am always kept informed of the progress of my claim. Thank you

Since ive started my claim they've been keeping me up to date with everything, hopefully it will be sorted soon.

Regular updates

Although a very slow process , the info supplied is informative and clear , but proceedings are very slow,

I like that they keep in touch but this has been years and don't seem to be getting any were I repeatedly get emails to send emails to companies and get phone calls about lawyers but nothing is happening

I have used claims guys many years ago and getting the same professional service as before. Thank you.

Constant upgrading of information relating to the claims

This has taken years its ridiculous! Its 1 excuse after another.
Because you have taken so long you shouldnt be entitled to a percentage of the compensation.
I also did receive an incentive to write this is have to tick the box
