My orders went missing , still not received anything nor have they got back to me since the other day to sort anything so have took my money basically for nothing . Dpd waste of time too . Don’t know who is in the wrong here but nobody want to help you sort , yet still keep your money and no product to show for it . Won’t be using them again that’s for sure

If you just want to buy something online I'd say go for it, however if you have a problem about a product expect to be lied to and then 7 weeks later be told there is nothing that can be done, asked countless of times for numbers to take this further but funny enough I just get ignored, ive always bought from this company but from now on I'll take my business elsewhere, appalling service

Update: Steve eventually got it contact with me and I received the missing items, plus some extras within a week. Not sure if this had anything to do with this review here on trustpilot, but I'm just happy we got it figured out eventually. Update score to 3 Stars. My experience was overall just average due to the immense delays.

I came across TAOV because I've tried and really enjoyed their range of shortfill liquids in the past. I decided to order directly from them in january this year. After about 4 weeks of waiting I decided to inquire about the status of my order and it turned out the package came right back to them - this was due to UPS not shipping to Germany; or so I was told.

I did order vape supplies from the UK around the same time from other vendors and had no issues, but stuff like that can always happen.

After I was refundend I was offered the option that my order would be send with DHL. I was very grateful and commend TAOV for offering this option. So I placed the order a second time.

This time the order did actually arrive within about 2 weeks, which is nothing out of the ordinary for an order from the UK to Germany post Brexit. Two items however were missing from my order.

Immediately after receiving the order on the 22nd of March I contacted TAOV via their live-chat. I spoke to Steve and he apologized and told me that the missing Items would be send out to me asap and that I'd be notified via mail.

Unfortunately I never received any confirmation of shipment. Since then I tried to contact TAOV multiple times via online chat and e-mail. I never got a response until last week when I used the online chat again, but didn't immediately mention what my inquiry was about. Once I told Steve my order number and what I was messaging about, I was basically left on "read" - no answer for 2 hours and then chat just went offline.

I initially wanted to give at least 3 stars, but upon further reflection and some more interactions with other vendors in the UK I think that it's just unacceptable that I did not receive the items that I payed for - especially after getting told that those missing items would be send out right away. I should probably go with 1 star, but I guess my experience is a one-off. Or so I hope for everybody else ordering from them in the future.

I really wish I didn't have to write this negative review, but after over a month without any statement or response from TAOV, I am fed up tbh. I understand the struggle we are all going through currently, but this is inexcusable.

Their products are great, I love their shortfills, awesome website and selection. I'm sure all the positive reviews speak for themselves and if you are ordering from the UK you'll probably have a great experience. For someone ordering from the EU/US/anywhere in the world I just have to give this review as warning - you might very well run into trouble that won't be resolved apparently.

I'd love to be proven wrong, but as it stands right now - I've given up hope to ever receive what I paid for. As sad as it is.
