Dried Food, Good Service
Unfortunately since the last experience, things have further declined, the staff for the most part were friendly and great, however the food arrived with the burger buns almost stale, dried up as a whole. Again nothing wrong with the staff, still not the biggest fan of the layout change compared to what it was last year, overall it's an okay option to take your kids out once in a while but not really a place for consistent outings, best to break it up with other places.

Excellent lanes…
Visited in the morning in the school holidays. The lanes were great, staff helpful and friendly.
The only issue I have is the arcade games. I’ve visited before and had an issue with the machines taking money and it not registering. The same happened and whilst using the cash machine the money never appeared either- the manager however did sort this out but this seems to be an ongoing issue for them. Another family had the same issue whilst waiting for the money back.

We had a fun game of bowling
We had a fun time bowling, but one game goes quite quickly. My Grandson had a great time too playing on all the games and collecting tickets. I would say though it is quite expensive so we couldn't afford to stay too long. It would be nice if there were 2p coin falls machines rather than the 10p ones. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Great upgrade but still bad food
Great new layout. Much better than before. It definitely needed it.
Shame the food has had a rise in price and not a rise in food quality. Cheap food sold to you at a high price, minimal pizza toppings too,
Staff are slow
Make sure you register your car reg at the bar inside otherwise youll get a parking ticket.

A Positive Workplace Until Management Changed
I genuinely enjoyed working at southampton Tenpin and met some amazing people during my time there. Many of my colleagues made my experience enjoyable, and I'm grateful for the friendships and memories I made.
Unfortunately, my experience changed significantly under the new management his name is Danny bean. From my perspective, I felt I was treated unfairly and racially bullied, and I didn't feel respected as a member of staff. When I left, I wasn't given the opportunity to say goodbye to the colleagues I'd worked alongside. I posted a farewell message in the staff group chat to thank everyone, but it was removed almost immediately and I was taken out of the group before I had the chance to say a proper goodbye. That was upsetting and made me feel as though my time there meant very little.
I'm disappointed that things ended the way they did because I truly valued the people I worked with. I hope the workplace can become one where staff feel respected, listened to, and treated fairly.

Great afternoon visit
Nice and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Kids loved the included pizza Bowling and amusements made for a lovely afternoon out with the grandchildren.

First time visiting and left really disappointed!
Ordered food and waited 1 hour before going back to the bar and asking where it was. We was told they where having issues with the till sending the orders to the kitchen. No apology of any kind, We had to ask for a refund as we were booked onto an activity meaning we had to skip dinner. Not great with 2 children.
The activities we did were fantastic though and the venue was super clean and fresh.

Summer fun
Had fun with family and friends. Enjoyed the summer offers on bowling and karaoke.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Also I had to phone up the helpline to see if I could add a person to the booking and they were really helpful and knowledgeable
