Great visit with two grandsons
Great visit with two grandsons, we bowled, had lunch, played snooker and table tennis. Good fun.

They half fill your glass with ice to give you less drink.
When you point it out that there is half a glass of ice left after you’ve had your drink they brush it off as normal.

Poor management and drink
Poor management and drink time. Only 2 staff on Management in office . Took about 30 minutes after ordering on app . Technical issues on our lane with about 10 minutes left took about 15 for someone to sort out .

Laser Tag
The staff were welcoming and ensured we understood the rules before beginning laser tag. We had a great time. The only downside was trying to find somewhere to park.

My happy place....
Great place to get together and enjoy a game of bowling with your friends and have a good chat and a cup of coffee. Staff also very friendly and helpful. I really look forward to my Thursday mornings.

Could be better
The lanes are very cramped if there are 6 people bowling together. We had 3 adults and 3 small children and we had to to shuffle around to get passt each other when it was our turn. Also the food took a very long time to arrive and after we queried it we were told we were lucky to get it as there was an hour wait. For such a busy period they could may be do with more staff on hand. However, the staff we approached for help were very pleasant and quick to act.

Visited on a Tuesday which was 50% off, was really busy but the staff member got us booked in with only a 30minute wait, he was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend booking online before for a bigger group.

Better service and better food u can order from ur table and half ur order is missing also the nuggets u get for the kids are like stones rock hard the baby cud not even eat her food and for the price you do expect to have lunch when ur out and the kids are playing very disappointed..

Birthday Party!
Had a booking for 6, but once we realised the original time wasn't going to work, the team were super accommodating and helped us reschedule hassle-free. The customer service was brilliant throughout, and a special shout-out to Aaron, who looked after our group and really elevated the vibe of the day. If I had to nitpick, the food could've come out a little quicker, but overall we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back!
