I don't know why the driver of vehicle LF72 OYA thinks it's acceptable to park in the middle of a public road, but it isn't. Absolutely appalling and should not be allowed to drive.

I moved into my property 2 months ago and they have Left me waiting for over 2 months of ongoing issues with my boiler system and they never arrive or they turn up before a appointment it’s really not professional and I will be taking it further I’m utterly disgusted!!! If I could give it no stars I would.

My gas boiler was leaking I had an appointment between 8am and 1pm with these people they did not turn up until 11.20pm I was in bed and by the time I got dressed he was gone!!!

changed app on 2nd jan for 1pm-6pm due to permenant health problems for gas check even tho no gas here for yrs/as always left waiting alday for a no show.tried live chat thats like a parrot keep asking for address etc then keeps saying no record. then when u ring them on option2 just leaves you listening to music and same old auto voice saying your in que--how longs the que for gods sake. my kitchen is all pulled out so`s u can check but failed to turn up.no phone calls/tx etc. useless!

I give no stars!!! Disgusting service left me with out hot water or heating for 2 weeks not to mention boiler has been leaking water for 1YEAR!!!! Failed to turn up to appointments everyday for a nearly 2 weeks lied to my face and said they did, come out i have cctv one guy showed up sat in van and said couldn't gain access i went to talk with him he drove off, lost 2 weeks wages and no heating or hot water resulting in my child becoming unwell. Absolutely disgraceful behavior !!! Im still waiting from 8 this morning ! A bloody joke!!!!

I have to give them one star but would rather give them ZERO. I am unfortunate as I have no choice but to use them as I am a council tenant. 3 times they haven’t bothered to show up for my gas safety check. They pretend they have by supposedly taking a photo of my door entry system. I’ve made a formal complaint and they are meant to be contacting me. I won’t hold my breath !!

Have left us 16 days with no heating and hot water. All that keeps getting said is ‘someone will be in contact imminently’ no idea what that means. This issue has been labelled as urgent but think they have a different definition of that word to the rest of the world. Think they need to be honest and tell the truth. Shocking service. This is the third time this year we’ve been left without any heating or hot water for longer than a week this year!!! The engineers that keep coming have no idea. It’s one problem, oh no wait it’s now something else. Actually no this is the issue. They haven’t got a scooby!

I would not even give any star but to write this review I had no choice! T brown’s service is absolutely deplorable I cannot begin to explain! I have been given two appointments and both times they cancelled without notification and made me miss important hospital appointments. They are the worst of the worst.

Tbrown is the most useless heating company I've ever have to deal with. Their engineers are pure incompetent and liars. They are very in a hurry to go home. If you're unfortunate to have an appointment for late afternoon, they will come to your place, take the picture of your door without ringing the bell and report it as no access.

Absolutely disgraceful!! Had no heating for over a month with two young kids, and it’s still not fixed! It’s only 1degree outside now! You wait for them to arrive within the selected time slot and they never arrive. I requested for the engineer to notify me before he arrives when you have to rebook the appointment but the request is never met!
I honestly dislike them, no remorse for their customers.

Didn't turn up in the time frame was supposed to come between 9-1 came at 4.30pm only for him to tell me he hasn't got the part so a day off work wasted

Took 6 call outs to fix heating. About 20 mostly wasted calls, 2 missed appointments in which no one showed up in the time frame, 2 appointments where the engineer wasn't given the part they needed.

The engineers were polite and helpful, especially Charles who fixed the issue. Great service. The customer service team tried to help. The issue here is the way this company is run and management. For a huge contract with the local council, it's quite unbelievable that operations are completely inadequate and as shocking as this, as all the reviews show.

How hard is it for the managers of this company to run a mostly accurate timetable, have effective communication with their teams and ensure their engineers have the information they need to carry out their jobs? Seemingly impossible!

If I could give them a negative score it would be -5.
Useless company, all of them are "half a job Bobs" getting paid a ton of money from the council for every call- out.
Can't competently complete the job on a first attempt, and subsequently get called out over and over again to rectify the same issue.
Every call out = more money for nothing from the council.
Avoid like the plague if you can. Shoddy work, incompetent, lacking in people skills, bunch of cowboys.
With people like these, it's no wonder Eastern Europeans get a better share of the market.
This company is a discredit to British workmanship.

Avoid at all costs. They don't turn up for booked appointments and the so called engineer even LIES on his work sheet and says he has completed the job. Disgusting company.

I’d give this company zero stars if possible. Echoing the other clients’ sentiments, T Brown staff are dishonest, unreliable, incompetent, lazy, the list goes on. Their staff have lied countless times, and eventually told us that our issue isn’t urgent enough for them to attend to our property. I’d avoid them if you have a choice and enlist another company’s help, if I were you. Never do business with dishonest people.

Disgusting that you leave and elderly couple, being disabled without any hot water or heating. Had a leaking filter, (at that time heating and water was working) had to put a bucket under it, told someone what it was, sent a bloke who looked at it for two minutes saying "yeah it's your filter" need to order a part, was gone within five minutes of being in the property. Five days later two girls turn up, unable to fix the problem as the new part became "cross threaded" left saying the hot water will be ok and did I want a couple of fan heaters!. Started the hot water will be fine. No the hot water wasn't fine there was none and the boiler wasn't kicking in to heat it up. Suppose to be back the next day, no one's shown, phoned them up, haven't got the part should be the next day. How can you come into a house with a working boiler, be it a leak going on, and leave a house with no heating and no hot water. It's winter, they are elderly and disabled. I'm flabbergasted!!!

TBrown are responsible for fixing issues in my building. We have been without heating and hot water for four months. They are demonstrably incompetent. They are also dishonest and regularly lie during telephone calls.

They were due to come between 8am and 1pm, I waited all morning and when they didn’t show up I rang them. They claimed it was an all day appointment and the person was running slightly late at a different job. I said that couldn’t be true because they’d texted me with a time and why were they saying they were running late if it was actually an all day appointment and given they hadn’t managed to speak to an engineer. They realised I’d caught them out so then said they’d try to find an engineer and call me back. Not expecting them to. Completely unprofessional and then lying to cover their tracks. Disgraceful from top to bottom.

Waited 1-8pm for new radiators to be fitted. Called them to get updates. No show and the engineer wasn't answering his phone. Terrible service and seems they have been getting away with this far to long judging by the reviews! It's time this company's contract was terminated!!

First time dealing with the Company. Carl Ridges was sent to repair wiring issue with our boiler. No problem at all with Carl, located the issue instantly and had our boiler up and running within minutes. Thank you Carl.
