I don't usually write reviews, however, felt inclined to following the extremely rude receptionist I spoke with this morning. Absolutely shocking. Required a quote for conservatory blinds, however, will be taking my custom elsewhere.

Customer service training required for the individual who thinks it's ok to speak with potential customers they way she did.

Excellent company. Yes we waited longer due to Corona virus but they kept me updated & understood my worries. The quality of the shutters are excellent & the installation was perfect. Phil kept to all the covid policies that had been put in place and kept every room clean & tidy. Would definitely recommend

There was no hard sales pitch and a seasonal discount was applied at the time I placed my order, rather than being used as encouragement to commit. Delivery was within the timescale given and the fitter paid great attention to detail.

The lady who measured up for new blinds was very efficient, and also
very friendly. And her measuring was obviously correct, as the blind fitted perfectly, when the man installed it. He also was very friendly.
