Absolutely diabolical company.
I ordered from them and needed to amend the address - I did this straight away as per their FAQ's however, the item got sent out to the wrong address. I emailed a couple of times and got no response.
When I emailed on social media, I had someone respond in a very unprofessional manner, telling me to email the support email address which I already had done, multiple times. They continued to send unprofessional responses, telling me the same thing over and over and dismissing me completely. Would absolutely not recommend the company at all.
I'd order from The Adventure Challenge instead, it's the same thing and probably has better customer service!

I have been wanting to try this adventure book challenge for some time now, but it took some time to find the right person tp do it with. I am excited for us to experiemce this together and I am looking forward to making new memories that will challenge us and bring us togehter. I think this is a great gift to show someone long term commitment as you wouldn't go on 52 dates with someone you don't see a future with.

Ordered on 29th November and received on 1st December as promised. Ordered for my husband for Christmas and can't wait to make special memories. Lovely book.

The book is lovely I can't fault it but it is aimed at younger children. Once I figured this out I wanted to return the item. The correspondence started very nice, offering free products but when I insisted on returning it the correspondence was very much lacking not even dear... or any kind of sign off in the email. I had to chase up the money and even though I was told the postage would be refunded it was not. Totally changed my opinion of the company and therefore wouldn't recommend. Manners cost nothing.

Great idea , great cover quality but that’s is. Inside is very disappointing, the book is printed with cheap ink, on cheap paper very disappointed. I’ve kept it as just to busy to send back but it really is rubbish quality I suggest you try other companies, this was expensive tat.

Arrived in the post very quickly, good quality item, looking forward to it being opened on Christmas day, and a new year of adventures!

The order was processed without any problem and arrived promptly. The Experience was bought as a present but looks to be good quality and I hope it is enjoyed.

Ordered this for my partner as a Christmas present, from what I can see so far, it looks amazing! I can’t wait to start doing this book and creating memories.
I also love the little extras throughout the book which is fun.

Received all the books we ordered and I am excited to get started in the new year the items were received pretty quickly and they look really fun also the dates are pretty open to interpretation meaning you can customise the activities you do to make it work within whatever constraints you have whether that is time, availability or money etc can't wait to get planning

I did need to reach out to customer services, Louise was great and the responses were prompt.
May be a good idea for you to send a notification of the item once it has been dispatched with tracking information and also acknowledge orders placed as I didn’t received any of these.
Still pleased with my purchase and experience although the above improvements would help.
