Had a shop shutter fitted by this company. The installation itself was completed on time and within the one day as promised, so credit where it's due.

However, shortly after installation we noticed rainwater getting behind the shutter and onto the shop front — it hadn't been properly sealed. The company did come back a couple of times to attempt a fix, eventually applying waterproof flashing tape around the area, which appeared to resolve the issue temporarily.

Unfortunately, after a few months the flashing tape came away. I contacted the company by email and received a reply saying someone would come out to sort it — but no one ever showed up. Since then, my follow-up emails have gone completely unanswered.

This is still within the 1-year workmanship warranty period, making the lack of response even more unacceptable. The aftercare has been very disappointing. I'd hope the company will honour their warranty and get in touch, but based on recent experience I wouldn't hold my breath. Cannot recommend.
