Broadview Windows truly impresses with their remarkable service! When we revamped our kitchen last year, our builder advised updating a big window and a sliding door. With our schedule being tight, Broadview Windows was recommended. They swung by our place the same day, gave us a very competitive quote against Anglian Windows, and managed the installation within two weeks. A few months later, we found one side of the new French doors slightly out of alignment, making it hard to close. I reached out to them on a Monday, and by Wednesday, they were on-site to fix it promptly, resolving the issue completely. Pleased with their excellent craftsmanship, I also hired them to replace the sliding patio door at my mother’s house. Again, they delivered a fair price, executed the work perfectly, and left the site spotless. I wholeheartedly recommend Broadview Windows over the bigger national companies because they offer better prices and maintain a strong focus on customer service even post-purchase.

While having a kitchen refurb last year the builder recomended changing out a large window and sliding door, as time was of the essence we recomended Broadview windows who came to the house the same day, gave a quotation that was very reasonable in comparision to a previous quote from Anglian windows and had both installed within 2 weeks..

A couple of months later we noticed that one of the French doors that replaced the sliding door had slightly dropped on one side making it difficult to shut.

I called on a Monday and they came to the house 2-days later and fixed it instantly with no problems since.

I then asked them to replace a sliding patio door at my mothers which they again gave a very reasonable price and instyalled it perfectly with no mess and a great finish.

I highly recommend them over the national companies who charge more and are less customer focued after the sale...

If you are looking for a cost effective,reliable and trustworthy contractor then this is the company for you. They were recommended to me by a colleague and got them in to give me a quote for my conservatory. The price was realistic compared to the extortionate prices from other contractors and the workmanship was on point. About a year later I had an issue with my kitchen back door, i got some other people in to fix it but it kept breaking. I called BW they inspected and gave me a price for a new door. They fitted it and wow what a transformation. Highly Highly recommend
