We purchased a Rebeka plus for our new onsite fishing Shop , and also had it built by the team as well, from start to finish Summerhouse24 were amazing, bespoke design planning ordering and build, and it looks amazing.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them, and you can view ours on site at Woodlands fishery Spilsby.

The purchase was easy, we have already bought a garden office and are happy with that purchase. Again as before the staff were attentive and polite. The process from delivery and assembly both worked well.

Easy to get to speak to someone and get helpful advice on the phone from the SummerHouse team. I ordered a bespoke Sauna and am very happy with the build / quality. Delivery took some organising but worked out well.

We had a very personal experience in choosing the right design for us . It was all very professional. The men who erected our buildings were very efficient and totally professional. We are delighted with the result .

The company were great to deal with and gave a good discount as we bought out of season. The delivery driver was excellent in what is a very narrow lane and the 2 fitters were friendly and efficient, finally the finished product has been much admired.

We ordered a large summerhouse and paid the deposit, only to realise the one we ordered would be far too big. I contacted the team and they were so helpful, advised me on a smaller model and let me change my order.
The delivery went smoothly and the installation guys were fantastic. I’ve never seen such a slick operation. They worked tidily, fast, and in just 5 hours it was all done. They tidied the area and cut up the left over wood and packaging.
We are over the moon with it. We have got to paint it yet, but it looks fantastic.

This could quite easily have been a 5* review but thanks to leaking windows and extremely poor aftersales service I can't give more than 2*.

I bought the Lake House 13x6m cabin in July 2024 and it was delivered in September. In November with the cabin (in theory) watertight and the internal furnishings and electrics going in it became apparent that there was water ingress from a number of the windows and doors - essentially all of the windows/doors on the long sides of the cabin that are less protected from the weather. I raised the issue with the Managing Director on Nov 22 and was told very confidently that the water was caused by condensation. This was evidently not the case because it was only wet when it was raining - we're talking water running down the walls and puddles on the floor. I responded to this effect on Nov 27, providing lots of photos and descriptions of the issue, but did not hear back from anyone for 3 weeks despite 2 follow-up emails.

During this time water continued to pour in through numerous gaps in the windows every time it rained, creating issues with completing the internal work on the building (not to mention danger with live electrics) and delaying the date at which it was possible to move into the cabin, incurring significant expense in rental costs and delays to beginning our farming project as we were forced to continue living 1 hour away.

I eventually heard back on Dec 19 requesing more photos which I sent - including additional photos showing white and black mould growing within the window units which I had just discovered - and was told to expect a response by Jan 3. The MD told me at this point that he did not know what was causing the windows to leak. Despite chasing up twice I did not hear back again until Jan 24, another 3 weeks of waiting. At no point has there ever been an acknowledegement of or apology for these delays in communication, nor for the stress and inconvenience caused by the building not being watertight. Throughout this time I was having to place rolled-up bath towels on the windowsills to catch the water which ended up wringing wet and needed replacing frequently, and had to ensure that furniture and electrics did not get wet.

The response after consultation with the factory made a number of suggestions to resolve the issues, some of which were useful and have been taken (in the process revealing an oversight that neither the installation instructions or the managing director knew of the need to add silicone to the window units), but others were either not applicable or based on incorrect assumptions.

I responded to these points on Jan 28 asking for further information and chased up again on Feb 6, Feb 20, March 7 and April 18 - 3 months later I have still not had a response from the company. As of today (April 27) - 5 months since first bringing the issue to their attention - there is still water pouring down the walls underneath 2 of the windows whenever it rains despite having taken all of the suggested remedial actions, and there is mould growing within the window cavities, both of which will lead to a drastically shortened lifespan for the timber. Needless to say after spending £30k with the company and having been incredibly patient and polite in all of my correspondence this is a pretty disgusting dereliction of duty as a company and just a very poor way to be treated as a customer. I am living in the cabin with my partner and our 1 year old daughter and simply want the cabin to keep the weather out, not to cause health hazards, and to last us a reasonable length of time.

The window units are in my view inadequate. Given that the solutions have not addressed the issue I would have expected them to suggest visiting the cabin to investigate further (we are only 1 hour away) and at least shown a degree of concern and engaged with me in finding a solution. As it is they seem to have decided to ignore me and I have had no choice but to prepare a Letter Before Action and begin the process of seeking redress through the small claims court.

EDIT 28 April: After 3 months I finally received a reply the day after leaving this review. Unfortunately their response below is inaccurate: wood preserver was fully applied; silicone was applied (when they told me it was necessary 2 months into the process - it does not say so in the instructions and the MD did not suggest it as a solution at any point); I have not adjusted the windows incorrectly - the only adjustments made were as instructed by the MD; some paint on seals is IMO inevitable after 6 coats of treatment and is not going to cause leaks of this magnitude - the seals are not the route of water ingress; and finally the only point not followed is the one I asked for clarification on 3 months ago which they never replied to!

This is a bit late but will give a true review of the small BBQ summerhouse. We purchased the kit in lock down 2020 after visiting the Dartington site and built it ourselves (just normal OAPs with a bit of DIY knowledge), 5 years later we can say this has been an excellent buy and we have bbq'd almost every weekend since purchase, rain or shine. We have just repainted for the second time and re-treated the floor. The exterior wood splits a little on the panels where it receives strong sun, needs filling prior to painting. So much pleasure from this build.

I found the whole experience refreshing, the team listened to our needs and our preferred design and provided the right solution for us. We are over the moon with. the end result, Its better than we expected. The insulation team were prompt and built the Room in no time at all.

Ordering was difficult as I wouldn’t offer a discount I felt I needed a discount however we looked around and felt that the summer house 24 is probably the better product on the market. We ordered it and got a delivery date. They offered us an earlier date the guys turned up and fitted it and it’s a really good quality unit so yes we’re very happy.

Great choice of stylish, quality cabins to choose from. Some have very useful extras such as tilt and turn double glazed windows. I was kept fully informed throughout the delivery. The delivery driver also went out of her way to place the two parts on my drive enabling me to still exit. Built the cabin and believe the quality was excellent. Slightly confused initially as had two options for the skirting and windowsill but worked it out. I have recommended Summerhouse24 to friends

Excellent order to delivery time. Self installed which was pretty simple. Good customer service. Very happy with the finished product just in time for winter.
