The delivery was quick and everything went smoothly. The room looks lovely and we’re already using it loads.

Shaun was brilliant, he handled the whole thing and kept us updated the entire time. Made it all really easy and stress-free.
Would definitely recommend them!

Unfortunately our experience with Gardenhouse24 has not been great, initial supply they sent wrong parts, then the build team kept not turning up. Once it was built we absolutely loved it, but have had issue with the plastic guide runners for the sliding glass doors breaking.
I have called and called, sent numerous emails, had several promises, none of being kept, this has been going since 5th February and should have been a simple fix. Now I am just being ignored completely in the hope the issue just goes away. Which I am now in the process of taking further action via Consumer Rights Act 2015. Spending £15k on a summerhouse to be treated like this is completely unacceptable and would in future look to use other suppliers.

I’ve been trying to source a couple of garden rooms for a school to use as therapy spaces, and to be honest, the experience with other companies was frustrating — calls not returned and very little genuine interest in helping.

Working with Sean at Gardenhouse24 has been such a breath of fresh air. From the very start, he’s been proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right solution. He guided us through choosing the most suitable products, supported us through the ordering process, and even assisted with the requirements of dealing with the school authority.

I ordered a garden office from Gardenhouse24 with a rough idea of what I wanted. After chatting with the team about my needs, they helped me choose the right building and even made a few tweaks to suit my specific needs.
From the very first phone call they were great and took care of everything not just the order, but also delivery and installation. They even helped me out last minute with a base after my builder let me down. Due to restricted access, the lads turned up to meet the delivery and took all the stress out of it. A couple of days later I had a solid base with a front deck ready for summer and a brilliant garden office that I can use for work and also for having friends and family round.

Really impressed with the quality, the price, and especially the team from start to finish. Everything was straightforward and simple all I had to do was make the odd brew for the lads!

This company is excellent. They are efficient, and the 2 men (Matt and Jordan) who put it all together were fantastic. They were polite, efficient, helpful and so easy to have around. The structure is solid, well-made and it looks great. I would definitely recommend them.

Irving was great to deal with and the shed was erected in good time to a high standard. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is there was a slight lag between the delivery and construction meaning the materials had to be in the road for a week. Apart from that the service and quality has been exemplary.

When i made a enguiry over the phone i spoke to Keith, who was very helpful, and could answer any questions i had. The purchase was very easy and straight forward. The log cabin was delivered within the lead time on the website. We had this built and the guys who built it were really good. Overall this has been a great service from start to finish and i would highly reccomend this company.

Very happy with the MAJA Corner Summerhouse we have had installed.
Structure seems really solid and well built and the team there have been great to deal with.

The team at Gardenhouse24 were absolutely outstanding. Their communication was excellent and I was kept informed every step of the way. I bought the full package including installation and electrical and I would highly recommend them. They really made it an enjoyable experience.

The team were helpful picking the right summer house for us, when they did the build they were amazingly quick and worked hard in the pouring rain. The finished product we are so happy with. Strong, sturdy and looks great! Very pleased with our purchase!

We are yet to have our sauna and summerhouse installed but we have been so impressed with the service we have received so far that I wanted to leave a review. We have struggled with the usual planning department nightmares and as a result we have had to go back and forth to Gardenhouse24 for new designs, revised quotes and endless questions. It has been going on for nearly a year and the team, especially Keith, has been patient, responsive and completely understanding. I could not recommend them enough on the quality of service they provide which is unique in this day and age. Looking forward to the finished result.

Keith was wonderfully helpful in regards to my initial contact.
My situation was a tad, unusual, and Kieth ensured everything went smoothly with the delivery location.
1 delivery arrived a day early (which kinda threw things off a bit, but was sorted).
And, more guttering needed to be supplied as not enough in first delivery.
Ooh, I've also got a dodgy window catch I need Matt the build coordinator to look at, but hoping to get an additional room, so will ask when that occurs.
Matt was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
I believe another lad was called Connor. There may have been others, I was not on site for entire duration of build, only day 1 and 2.
I would deffo use these guys again and actually recommended them yesterday.
As far as I could see, they knew what they were doing and got on with it.

From initial enquiry Gardenhouse have been brilliant , Couldn’t help enough with delivery date , and quality of product , minor fault with lock on door , got in touch , new lock delivered without delay

My order was misplaced/misdirected on route and Irving went above and beyond to establish what had happened and immediately sent out a replacement.
The replacement arrived in good order and on time.

Hi, I just wanted to leave a review to let GardenHouse24 know how happy we are with our Sauna Freak Sauna 2.5 x 2.8m.
The quality is excellent, and everything fits together like a large jigsaw puzzle. It’s an amazing space, and is one of the best looking contemporary sauna’s we found.
Keith was always on hand to answer the phone, when I had any queries during the build with professional help and advice.
This is a solid piece of kit, which is built to last, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the craftsmanship of their sauna’s!
