Jeremy was fantastic today with our very noisy and enthusiastic group. They learnt lots of new things while also having so much fun. Thanks Jeremy!

I can’t rate this party highly enough
I can’t rate this party highly enough! To keep 12 autistic children happy and engaged is a challenge, yet Ibrahim made it look easy! All the children, and parents loved it.
Ibrahim went out of his way to make the birthday boy feel special and include all the children in the experiments.
Worth every penny and we’re so grateful to you all.
Thank you x

Wonderful
Wonderful! From beginning to end. The children were just mesmerised throughout. The presenter was exceptional and worked wonderfully to woo the crowd of potentially very easily distracted 6 year olds. The children, and their adults, were interested and enjoyed the really interesting and fun experiments. I highly recommend. Sublime Science offers a different kind of party!

Manic Mell was amazing
Manic Mell was amazing! She was at my son’s birthday party and kept all kids and parents busy. It was really interesting for all of them. I highly recommended their work because it’s important the kids to learn through play. And believe me after 2 hours with these amazing scientist your kids will be into experiments :)

Not number 1 UK entertainer
My party was in a hotel. The hotel requested a PAT certificate. PAT certificate indicate that all their electric equipments are checked and safe. They do not provide PAT certificate. The hotel asked to cancel the party but because it was too late and I have paid they replaced thing with the most boring stuff to entertain children . They are not number 1 in UK as they claim .they are very expensive.

Hi Sawsan,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear that you were disappointed. We reached out to the hotel on your behalf to try to resolve the situation, they advised us that they did not know until 3 days before the party that we would be the providers of the party and due to their policies, they require all equipment to be PAT-tested. Since our equipment is new, well-maintained, and regularly checked by our presenters—as legally required. PAT testing is not a legal requirement.
To create an exceptional experience for you 3 days before your party was due, we included premium content not normally part of the gold package, making your party fully customised with unique elements that no other Sublime Science event has offered before. We’re sorry that this still didn’t meet your expectations. We understand that you were disappointed and, as you mentioned previously (when we attempted to adjust the modules ahead of the event), planned to leave a 1-star review. largely due to the removal of the smoky rings and leaf blower to comply with the PAT testing policy and the removal of the sound module at the hotel’s request.
Thank you again for your feedback. We had sincerely hoped that the personalised customisations, which included the additional premium content we discussed, would add an extra layer of enjoyment to your event. Our goal was to create a memorable, one-of-a-kind experience for your budding scientists.
Regards,
The Sublime Science Labs Team

Great fun, would definitely recommend
We were really pleased with how our party went. We had some lovely comments from a couple of the kids (via the parents). The experiments were visual, fun and the kids could get involved.
I was a bit unsure when I read some of the negative reviews but I'm glad I ignored them as our presenter Dan (south Manchester) was fantastic and did really well engaging all the children.
Sublime science were easy to contact and responsive so planning was straightforward.

Expect more for the price
It was OK. Not worth the price at all. The scientist was lovely so no reflection on her. Children seemed happy enough but the price simply cannot be justified. I think the scientists should consider microphones to be heard better. Lots of waiting around when each child takes turns to do something. Disappointing that there was literally no branding so you would never have known you were at a sublime science party. I would at least expect the tablecloth to show the brand or a board up or something. Could have been anyone doing the party. Birthday child got a certificate at the end with logo on. Sadly the big finale was a flop as the rocket equipment broke so when the kids very excitedly went outside and were geared up and counted down from 10…. Nothing happened 🙁 had 20 deflated kids. That was it then. All over. I did email and had £30 deducted from balance but that only covered the cost of the rocket as the additional add on. I would have expected more as I was left with a full party of expectant kids and the flopped finale just ruining it in my opinion. The scientist scarpered at that point. Can’t blame her. Not her fault and very apologetic about the equipment but that don’t help a parent left with a party for their child and friends.
Positives.. The kids were mainly engaged throughout, and communication was good. I was kept informed throughout and the scientist did contact me the day before as advised would be the case. Communication was a comfort beforehand so tad disappointed there was no better customer service/compensation for the inconvenience of the failed experiment.

Thank you for your feedback, I can see that you emailed us this morning before we opened, so I will reply to you directly. We are sorry that the rocket did not launch and apologise for causing the children any disappointment. When it comes to live science, sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur and as much as we take measures to avoid this, unfortunately sometimes this can not be helped. We are sorry that you did not feel the price reduction was suitable and will look into this before replying directly to you. We appreciate your comments and will forward these details to the relevant department.

Highly recommend
I am a parent of 3 and have worked within childcare for more years than I care to count and I can honestly say that sublime science provided the best entertainment than any other party organisations that I have booked or attended. The children were engrossed the entire time and the wonderful scientist Bogna did a fantastic job of involving all her lab assistants. I was amazed at how she kept all of their attention throughout. I can’t recommend them enough.
It’s not the cheapest of parties but I genuinely feel it was well worth the cost.
Thank you Bogna for making my daughters party a special one.
