Magical Midlands
Sublime Science took part in our STEM event for 6,500 Rainbows, Brownies, Guides & Rangers and were a huge success. The activities that they put on for our Rainbows & Brownies (age 4 to 10) were extremely engaging, fun and educational. There was always a long queue of girls wanting to take part in what they had on offer.

It’s wonderful to know that our activities for the Rainbows and Brownies were engaging, educational, and most importantly, fun! Hearing that there was a constant queue of excited girls ready to get involved truly means the world to us.

Something a bit different
Made the party experience a breeze from start to finish. Helpful back office to guide you through what plan would work best and requirements. Presenter calls you pre party to run through what you can expect on the day and final details. On the day, David was amazing, kept a young audience of 5 and 6 year olds engaged and curious. Everyone kept telling me how much they and their kids enjoyed the party. Some of the kids now want to be scientists when they grow up. Would really recommend them for something a bit different.

It’s fantastic to hear that David did such a great job keeping the young scientists engaged and curious—5 and 6 year olds are a tough crowd, and it sounds like he nailed it! We're especially thrilled to know that some of the children left feeling inspired to become scientists themselves.
Thank you again for recommending us. We're so glad we could help make the day special and memorable!

Atomic Alex was absolutely fantastic
Atomic Alex was absolutely fantastic! We had an issue with the venue and had to relocate and Alex was super helpful and flexible, making sure the party could go ahead despite the setback. The party itself was brilliant, all kids were taking part, learning and having fun. It is not easy to control a bunch of 6 and 7 year olds, but Alex managed it with style and humor. Everyone loved the experiments and of course the volcano and slime were highlights of the day. Overall a great party and we had a very happy birthday boy at the end of it. Success!🙂

Not the best experience but updating review as management addressed concerns
Original review and experience
They sent 1 scientist to handle a group of 30 kids and she was most softest person. Despite having a mike she didn’t not wear it. When requested to wear, she says the parents are making too much noise and I must ask them to be quiet - how can anyone tell their guests at a party not to speak?
The kids were barely engaged. There was. Group just running around as the experiments were not at all engaging and for most the kids were just sitting and watching.
We had paid for 75 minutes but I had to ask her to end in 1 hour as it was bad.
Either don’t hire or make sure to test the person they send before the party.
Update
The manager did make sure to call me as soon as possible and hear out my concern. They also mentioned retraining the staff they had sent. She was very kind and seemed to hear my concerns so have updated the rating because I do understand running businesses takes effort and I don’t want to create a bad name for them. They must be absolutely great it’s probably just having an experienced presenter on that day that makes the difference especially with large groups.

Thank you for taking the time to share both your original feedback and your updated thoughts. We really appreciate your fairness and the opportunity to speak with you directly.
We’re sorry to hear that the party didn’t meet expectations in terms of energy and engagement, especially for a group that size. While most of our parties run smoothly, occasionally a particular combination of presenter, group size, and environment doesn’t quite click, and we understand how disappointing that can be.
We’re grateful you brought this to our attention, and as discussed, we’ve followed up with the presenter to ensure they have the right tools and support for larger, more active parties in the future.
Thank you again for your understanding, and we’re glad we had the chance to talk things through with you.

Sublime Science Were Brilliant
Adamantium was brilliant! Tough crowd at a 1st communion joint party for 6 kids with their associated friends and family. He captured their attention for the full time and everyone LOVED them.
The team ahead of the event were great. Very responsive and clear info.
We were recommended by someone who had used you before. We had a wide range of ages at the party so needed something that would work for them all.
Adamantium and the Sublime Science experience really fitted the bill. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
Everything was awesome :-)

Thank you so much for the lovely review. We’re so glad to hear that Adamantium did such a brilliant job. It sounds like quite the crowd with six kids celebrating together. It’s not always easy to keep that many little ones (and grown-ups!) entertained, so we’re really happy he managed to keep everyone engaged and having fun.
It’s also great to hear that everything went smoothly in the run-up to the party. We always try to make things as clear and easy as possible.
Thanks again for choosing us, especially on a recommendation, and for such kind words. We’ll be sure to pass it all on to Adamantium. We'd love to help out again whenever the next party rolls around.

Science party
We didn’t really know what to expect from a “science party” but it’s what our son requested so we went for it. From the moment of booking and through to the party itself everything was explained and organised for us - even a change of venue due to weather wasn’t an issue.
I was concerned that 75 minutes would be too long for 7 year olds to sit but I needn’t have worried as they absolutely loved every experiment. Our “scientist” James was great fun and handled the children very well. We would thoroughly recommend this type of party to any budding scientists.

We’re also so pleased that the 75 minutes flew by and that the kids loved every experiment. James will be really happy to hear your feedback; he genuinely enjoys showing budding scientists just how awesome science can be.

Excellent kid’s party
We had our Sublime Science party hosted by Ionic Ibrahim for our 7 & 10 year olds joint birthday party who has so much fun and said it’s the best party they’ve ever had. 20 children were engaged, laughing and amazed for the full hour & a half. The experiments were simple but interesting and were supported by some cool science facts and great back-and-forth questions between Ibrahim & the crowd. Even all of the adults who watched said how great the experience was and how calm, fun and professional the show was.

Fabulous science party for all ages!!
Our daughter's Sublime Science party was fabulous!! The party host was really engaging with the kids, made silly jokes and kept it all really good fun, but also taught us all a few things! We had kids from 4 to 9 years old and they all loved it.
The experiments were fun for the kids and they got to join in with most of them, from making different sounds and learning where the sound came from, making their own sherbet to eat during the party, relay races with spinning liquids and their favourite bit making slime with silly names like minion poop and smurf snot.....they just loved it all and a few kids have already said they want a science party next time!!!

Do NOT hire them!
Well, the entertainer for our party rocked up 50 minutes later than he was meant to! Apparently he turned up at the wrong address. Apologised briefly, shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do about it. We had 20 kids who had been running around the place, trying to amuse themselves for nearly an hour before he arrived; the result was a group of overtired, hungry and really difficult to control crowd! The ‘experiments’ themselves were not anything to ride home about. The entertainer had only 10 minutes to set up when he normally would have taken half an hour.
Kids were fed late as a result, party finished late and we only had 20 minutes to clear the hall afterwards.
Absolutely do not waste your money on this company!!!

First class event - no more Soft Play!
What did you like best? The whole experience! First Class from start to finish. Although most of the children were 5 years old, Nathan was able to grab/hold their attention for the entire duration - not an easy task with 17 of them! The experiments were explained at their level of understanding. Seeing the pride and joy in their faces when they made their slime was priceless. All parents in attendance were very impressed and the children (who left with your unique party bags) could not stop talking about the party. A fantastic day/event, not sure how I can match it moving forwards!
Sublime Science office team had great communication throughout and very accommodating - no question was problematic.

Non-stop fun packed, brilliantly organised and presented
Absolutely brilliant. As one kid said afterwards "I didn't think it was going to be THAT good". There were no duff sections at all - it was non-stop fun and lots of great stealth-learning too. Communication was excellent right from enquiry to the day of the party. 'Atomic Alex' had 12 seven year olds enthralled and was the perfect mix of fun and crazy and firm when required. He even remembered the children's names throughout the session. The rocket experiment was an absolutle highlight. I'll be honest - we thought this was an expensive option for a party when we booked but I can say it was definitely worth it.

Such an amazing party! So much fun for all!
The presenter was so good, she kept my son and his friends engaged during the party. They all got so excited with each experiment (6 and 7 year olds + 1 10 year old who thought it was really good too). They loved the rockets they were the brilliant. The parents where enjoying it too and loved it. There were lots of giggles and even on a very cold January afternoon while we were outside - none of the children / parents wanted to go back inside.
The whole experience was really good.
The booking was good, I really appreciated the telephone call chatting through my options and making the bookings. The emails were very informative, but a lot of words to wade through and as a busy mum the UI/UX of the emails sent out / website could be improved.
However - the actual event was so fantastic!
I had so many lovely comments and feedback from parents that it was the best party ever. I mean wow.
Even though not everyone loved the sweet making or the slime, the certificates, the rockets, the ball / leaf blower, Plasma Ball they loved it. And really the boys are still talking about it. (2 weeks on)
