I've played a lot of casino/betting sites and this is by far the worst I've come across. Save your money, you're welcome!

This company is not going to pay you if you win. Tried to withdraw 1000 euros from my 2085 balance, frist they need multiple documents and selfies which I sent and some of those were declined and I sent new ones. After all was accepted they decided to close my account and keep my money. Do not play on this site!

I have still not received my money I deposited through PayPal. Months later… DO NOT go near this scamming site… they will steal your money.

I posted this negative and totally honest review sometime ago. Stsbet didn't appreciate the truth and successfully bleated about my experience with them and somehow managed to have my review deleted. I am posting it again in order to warn future, potential, customers.

Rather than hiding behind the ambiguous T&C's, why don't bookies make it perfectly clear what the signup offer T&C's are on their signup pages? Tell us EVERYTHING we need to know BEFORE we signup!

Before I sign up can I get an official response from Stsbet to the following questions?

Do I have to verify my ID BEFORE my initial deposit or is it only demanded upon attempted withdrawals?

Also, do I have to use my initial deposit, IN FULL, before being allowed to use the promised bonus and/or is my initial deposit, and all potential winnings from it, to be used as part of the 6X mandatory further bets?

Over to you STS. I await your honest responses before signing up, or not!

Sts have asked for "more information" concerning my review. I am expected to provide my email address and telephone number.
That will not be happening. All they need to do is get someone who can read and understand the written word and respond to my review.

It transpires that Stsbet are not interested in "more information". They are, in fact, attempting to have my negative review removed. A move that is typical of dodgy bookmakers. DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR!

If Trustpilot are indeed "committed to transparency" they will not allow themselves to be bullied by dodgy firms such as Stsbet!

Edit to add: Why not ensure all verification checks are carried out, BEFORE you permit any deposits from customers?

Not bad, Took me 30 mins to be verified and paid out in 15 after that. like someone else has posted if you verify before you start playing you will have less hassle. Sites decent as well with odds and casino games.

Stay well clear. I did two promotions fair and square and then several days after the promotions they e-mailed to tell me I am no loner eligible for bonuses (which is fair enough) but that they also said they are not paying out any bonuses owed even if it was before I was excluded. If they can be as dishonest and as untrustworthy as not paying tiny bonuses who knows what else they will do it with.

EDIT: for transparency after going through resolver they did pay the money from the promotions I wasn't excluded from eventually and seeing as though they were pretty good before this episode I will change the score from 1 star to 3.

ok, not good, games either dont work, fail to even load or are glitchy as hell.... be careful also, as alot of there promos are lies, thayll say you can win cash, but the issue is whether its awarded as REAL cash, or if its awarded as BONUS funds, i mean they literally have no difference in the 2 awards when looking at them, even in t&c`s there no mention, so for 1 youll get 5 in real money, anther itll be 5 in bonus funds, but youll not know until you receive it, as its about as clear as a black painted window, both promos will offer an amount in cash (in my case: 1st, £5 cash for getting 30x multi win. 2nd, £5 cash for playing 10 rounds on live casino.) is there a clear difference there? does that define one prize as being bonus over withdrawable cash?.... no, i even argued it out on chat who just kept saying to check t&c`s, so i screengrbbed EVERY page available & not anywhere did it mention that `£5 cash` was bonus or real, absolute trash casino tbf...another added to the self excluded list....these guys make other casinos look good lol.

Avoid at all cost. Scammers. Keep asking for documents when you've already uploaded it 5 times. Nothing wrong with the documents they just trying to waste time and keep asking same thing.

Absolute scam. A couple years or betting and online gambling STS is by far the worse out there, they should be shut down.

Keeping my deposit and winnings also, won't let me cash out. Absolute thiefs.

Look at most other reviews, same issue. Avoid DO NOT USE.

Oh my word!!! I've never experienced anything as crap in my slot days. I didn't win anything but replying to a comment below,I have to agree that sites shouldn't be allowed to take your deposit without verification if they aren't willing to pay out without verification. The more people read reviews these companies will not try and rip people 0ff!!!

By far the worst site I’ve used. I wish I looked at the reviews before signing up. The typical take your money but don’t pay out keep quoting terms and conditions as the reason but as we all know it’s one big scam with these sites that do this. I would stay well clear of this site..

Worst site ever joined deposited but was then unable to access the site, asked for a withdrawal, as I was not able to log into sportsbook, apparently they don’t take scanned copies of the document just photographs and they want a photo of your card details, after 1 hour supplying all these details which HMRC accept as proof they still refused. DO NOT USE. Love the fact they are so hung up on verification but cant be arsed to verify themselves with trust pilot. This is the current response. They do seem to try and keep custoemr money.

Was invited to write my original review and guess they are after more stars. The best thing about the site is if you are lucky enough to win they do offer a speedy withdrawal service however not much else is any good. The customer service and promotions are shocking and nothing to offer players. If you are like me and like to be made to feel appreciated when depositing your money then plenty of other sites that offer loyalty or priority schemes.

Dreadful company. I have placed two bets. I am at an absolutely world changing £12 in profit. They then spend the next 10 days requesting an incredible amount of ID - including bank cards, oh no those aren't good enough because you didn't sign your card (laminated plastic that pens don't work on) - bank cards again. Now utility bills. Oh no we need even more utility bills. Driving License next. Now your Council tax bill please. Then I get "Your council tax bill isn't the address on your account?" (It was). You finally comply and get through the thousand hoops they put up for you, finally some relief... Nope. Now they want bank statements going back months, oh and pay slips from your work! Then next they lie again, they say you pressed a button saying you admitted being uncomfortable with the amount of gambling you do (I absolutely did not). So then you are forced to go through a conversation if you are comfortable gambling, how do you feel about your level of gambling, how much do you spend gambling etc. The site also refuses to load on mobile and many browsers. It works on desktop chrome. But then, oddly, the live chat does not.. and that only seems to work on Firefox? They are clearly designed to frustrate you into getting your money stuck in there. Absolute scum. My only regret of this review is that I cannot rate 0/5.

This company offer bonuses but never apply them until you contact them. They look for any excuse not to pay out. I have had to take them to dispute resolution services on two occasions to force them to pay my winnings. I would not go so far as to say that these people are scammers but they sail very close to the wind. Avoid.

Po ich wysłaniu poproszą jeszcze o następne. I tak co tydzień. Jak konto będzie aktywne, przyjdzie do pracy następny mądrala i zażąda numeru buta do trzeciego pokolenia blokując konto.
