Absolute scammers can not be trusted with your data. They then actively get reviews taken down because they know how bad they are.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
THEY WONT PAY OUT UNLESS YOU HAVE SENT EVERY SINGLE PART OF DOCUMENTATION. I SENT MINE AND THEY SAID ITS 48 HOURS TO VERIFY. AFTER THIS TIME THEY SAID THEY WANTED MORE AND THAT IT WOULD TAKE ANOTHER 48 HOURS TO VERIFY. THEN IT GOES TO PAYMENT AND THAT TAKES UPTO 48 HOURS AND THEN UP TO 5 DAYS FOR PAY OUT. HONESTLY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

AVOID!!! i sent them bank statement to verify address. but they question some the retails purchases showing on my statement.

I put £30.00 in account then put £10.00 on Nottingham Forest then the blocked my account asked for passport so I sent it and statement but because it does not have card number on they would not except it I told them that with this bank every thing is done on line and it does not have card number on. So they will not give me my money I don’t see why the need I’d because they checked my id on credit file. I have bet with all the big bookies in uk and they have never asked me for I’d I have sent a complain to them asking for my money

Signed up to try get the bonus. I deposited and then no money was visible in the account (even though it left my bank) went to the online chat who advised to upload the verification documents which I did waited over 48 hours and still nothing so online chat again said it wasn’t uploaded which I saw and had a screen shot that it was and then was told I have to wait another 48 hours for the deposit to go in 🙃 avoid! What a joke of a site. Still not in yet….

Winnings withdrawn and in my bank within 10 minutes. Must admit was a bit worried after reading negative reviews and understand concern from other users. But in my case STS Bet haven’t caused me any issues and will definitely use again.

It is simple to deposit money but after winning my first bet was super difficult to withdraw. It took me a month to get winnings, their advisors were inconsistent in their delivery and advice, I had to go above and beyond to get my money and speak with customer services several times to resolve the issue. I have used other betting sites and have not experienced anything like it, very frustrating and drawn out process if receiving my winnings which should be quick and easy as depositing.

Useless customer service. I tried to use the bonus code but apparently it "didn't go through". Not entitled to it on second deposit so no bonus' paid out. Stick to other bookmakers.

Following our experience with your company STS.Bet Limited after opening a new betting account on 23 April, 2022 via STSBet.co.uk, we will now be including our full experience in a case study for the National Press and filing this official complaint.

We chose 10 Betting Sites that operate in the UK, opened an account with STS and credited £500 GBP (2022-04-08:39) and then immediately requested the money back via withdrawal (2022-04-23 08:48) to assess which companies were legitimate and those that tried to withhold the money illegally from their customers.

We provided all necessary verification documents, as and when requested, answered all questions - so each betting company could not withhold funds and make claim based on non-verification of the account (recorded with our lawyer).

Valid PayPal Account Screenshot with name / address / PayPal URL & Logo visible uploaded on 2022-04-24 14:18 and STS confirms receipt via email. However, after 48 hours requested email address showing (provided immediately and now asking repeated questions about affordability - £500 funds withheld, not refunded - despite being requested 9 minutes after deposit. No contact from STS regarding approval of the screenshot that shows all info - yet STD claims it is concerned about the financial welfare of its customers.

Your many 1 Star reviews on Trustpilot make it clear to the public that you’re simply not conducting business with your customers fairly or ethically and that many are clearly being defrauded by STSBet.co.uk - having money withheld, despite providing requested verification information.

We provide content to the National Press and will be including our experience with STSBet.co.uk in an exposé Feature for a National newspaper on the dangers of gambling online in UK - to warn others what they can expect when signing up and betting with STS Gaming brands (including STSBet.co.uk), which is in the strong public interest.

We will use your response (or lack of) as a ‘right to reply’ and would like to understand why you have not verified our account in the stated timeframes, after we provided all necessary, valid identification documents.

We are also be keen to understand the reason you have decided to retain our £500 deposit without us even placing a single bet with STS, which is unacceptable, underhand and reflects the poor service, unethical practices many of your past customers have experienced - some who have contacted us to investigate and expose your corrupt activity.

We look forward to hearing from you by 12:00 Wednesday 27 April, 2022. If we do not receive a ‘right to reply’ we will submit the case study for publication in the UK National Press with ‘no comment’ from STS Gaming Group and may also seek comment from STS affiliates and those that you sponsor.

Update: The reply below is a blatant fabrication - there has been no response to our official complaint. The refund was processed well over a week later only when we revealed we were media and account was suspended / closed with STS quoting a violation of their terms (not betting enough money!). So much for protecting your customers. Avoid these crooks.

If you deposit money with them you won't get it back. They constantly ask for Documents and find issues with everything you send. Their even asking for pictures of the front and back of your bank card. There needs to be an investigation into them as from the other reviews it seems its happening to other people.

Do not use this company. You will never get the money if you win, instead they will continuously ask you to send more money to 'verify' your payment method. And then send you an email saying there's a problem with your bank and ask you to deposit MORE money. Never had this issue before with any other betting company so they either have issues or its a scam.

Very poor bookmaker and customer service. I made an initial deposit and they wouldn’t provide me with the welcome offer of £30 after my bet won. Plenty of other reputable book makers, I would not recommend to use them at all.

This crap bookie deserves a zero rating. You can’t bet on sports how much you like! What’s the point of having the business?

Verification needs so many documents and withdraw is a nightmare.
Please avoid at all costs and there are so many friendly bookies out there.
