: Expired and oxidized products – very disappointing

I spent over 7,700 NIS on SkinCeuticals products from StrawberryNet between May and August 2025.
Several serums arrived oxidized and unusable, and a cream was manufactured in 2023 and close to expiry.
When I contacted customer service, they only offered me $20 compensation, which is unacceptable for premium skincare products.

This site sells old stock, and their customer service refuses proper refunds.
I will never purchase again, and I strongly warn others to be cautious before buying.

The parcel was supposed to arrive by 03.08 Today is 27.08 and I have received nothing. This is a total scam. Beware!

I tried to order on my phone but couldn't enter my card expiry year as the app wouldn't allow me to scroll to it.

Changed to my computer and when I tried to enter the promotion code it would not apply because it said the code had already been used.

Always amazing delivery and great product range

Hice un pedido el 2 de julio. El 4 me informaron de que uno de los productos no estaba disponible y me harían el reembolso. El 7 de julio me dijeron que el resto del pedido había sido despachado. Desde entonces, comenzó una absoluta odisea.
El número de seguimiento no sirve: no hay trazabilidad real y solo sabes algo si insistes. Me dijeron que el paquete está en aduanas de Madrid desde el 13 de julio. Hoy es 7 de agosto, y no tengo ni una sola fecha de entrega confirmada.

He trabajado años en logística internacional y nunca he vivido algo así. Las respuestas del servicio al cliente son vacías, repetitivas y sin soluciones. Incluso al escribir al supervisor, vuelve a responder atención al cliente, sin abordar lo dicho.
No se hacen responsables. Solo piden que espere hasta el 14 de agosto... y ya veremos.

El pedido era para dos regalos de cumpleaños. Ahora no sé si duplicar el gasto o esperar para nada. El nivel de inseguridad, desinformación y pasividad es inaceptable. Estoy valorando ya hoy cancelar el cargo desde mi banco.

It's very easy to find what I'm looking for at StrawberryNet. More often than not, I'm lucky to find 'it' at a discount price, as well. I have never had anything damaged in transit, and my orders come quite quickly. I'm a happy customer !!

We are sorry to learn that you are not happy with the fragrance you received. Unfortunately due to international postal regulations for perfumery products, fragrances cannot be returned.

AVOID…. Products are fake and won’t allow returns. You can raise a return request and they just close the ticket.

I wanted to access a winter special which was on the website but I couldn't access it and the Chat didn't even recognise there was a winter special. Most confusing. Makes it very difficult to access special offers advertised on the site!
