My order was wrong when it arrived. I was very quickly offered a 50% refund but as it was through another site, they were not allowed to do so. I have now been given a full refund. The customer service people were very helpful.

​I ordered a Cosmedix Eye Doctor for 51,874 HUF (Order #2610301787). The product I received was manufactured in June 2021 (Batch: 5171G2), making it 4.5 years old! I have contacted them via email 5 times in the last 3 days with photos, but they refuse to answer. I demand a full refund immediately.
UPDATE: I reached out to the manufacturer (Cosmedix) directly, and they officially confirmed that the batch code is valid. The product was manufactured in June 2025, so it is fresh and safe to use. While the initial communication with the seller was difficult, the product itself is high quality and authentic. I am updating my rating to reflect this.

there seemed to be no option to use the PROMO i wanted to use, one just seemed to be selected for me, which was less then the one i would have liked to have used.

I purchased an item from Strawberrynet via Cosmetify on 25/11. On 29/11 I had an update on the tracking to say that Yodel had my parcel. After 5 days of no update and once the expected delivery date had passed, I contacted Yodel to ask where my delivery was and was advised they had not received my parcel yet, despite the tracking saying they had it. I was advised to contact the seller which I did via Cosmetify. I was told to give the delivery another week to arrive, which I did. When it did not arrive, I again contacted Yodel who again advised me to go back to the seller as they still did not have my parcel. At this point it was over 3 weeks since I had paid for an item that I did not receive so I asked for a refund and since asking for a refund I can no longer log into my Cosmetify account so I am thinking they have blocked me. The item I paid for was £80.

There is an issue with the payment process. The incorrect details are inputting and there is more than sufficient funds to cover the purchase but first whatever reason it is not accepting my payment

I always check Strawberry.net first and with other suppliers being cheaper on the product, very happy with the loyalty discount I receive. So all my Shiseido is generally from here!
