I recently purchased a wedding ring to replace one that I lost when it slipped off my finger after 50 years. The ring was less than half local shop prices, and was delivered promptly. I am very pleased with the result, and would confidently recommend Star Wedding Rings

Honestly, the best service and customer service period. Sara has been absolutely amazing, I ordered a ring with engraving, i wanted to give it to my husband on new years in portugal. Unfortunately it didn't fit him and I was so upset and was worried nothing could be done. However Sara was absolutely brilliant, I sent it back to exchange, hopefully should recieve it soon. The packaging the ring came in was absolutely beautiful and so unique. I will be ordering again very soon for a few upcoming weddings! The quality of the ring is amazing, the engraving looked beautiful.

Was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews on here. Ordered anyway and I’m so pleased. Order Tuesday, my ring arrived Wednesday (even taking into account the postal strike!!). Fully engraved, it looks beautiful. Would recommend.

Ordered a ring and dialogue between me and the manager was consistent, however when the ring was despatched 2 weeks ago the trail went cold and the Royal Mail tracking isn’t legit.
I would avoid as could be a scam

Terrible experience with this company overall. Rings were the wrong size and the company didn’t respond to my emails so I sent the rings back for a refund. The company collected them on 6th October, but didn’t process a refund until 25th October (outside the legal 14 day requirement). As of today (1st November) I still haven’t received the refund. The company claims they’ve sent the money back but it never arrived in my account, so I’m out over £500 and having to look at taking legal action to reclaim my money.

Do not order from this site. I made an order on the 29th September thinking I would get my partners wedding ring time for our wedding on 29/10. Estimated delivery was the 18th but this company decided to close without telling anyone or warning customers before they placed the order. I have tired to contact them but had no answer. The ring has not been dispatched and I have had no update.
They do not respond to emails or answers calls.
Luckily I purchased this through PayPal so I have contacted them to help me get a refund.
Extremely disappointed and annoyed with this.

Really happy with the product & shopping experience. My partner wanted to change the design slightly and they accommodated without hesitation.

Well, I order a wedding ring 12 days prior to writing this review and it’s still not arrived. I have received an email to say It was dispatched 10days ago via 1st class and a later email 6 days ago asking how they did. The last email had an email address advising that if the item hadn’t arrived to email them, which I’ve now done twice and still no ring, response to the email mail or call. I fear this says everything. Of course, without a ring I can’t follow their returns policy.

Ordered two wedding rings. I was unsure if to use this company due to seeing a couple of negative reviews on trust pilot. My experience was fantastic. Great and reliable service. Always emailed and answered telephone. Friendly and professional. Quality of the rings are great. I needed a size change and the service to exchange was quick and reliable. I would recommend.

The ring is of good quality and did come around the day initially mentioned but there is no one to contact via the customer service phone number although they do reply to email

Pros- Good rings at a good price

Cons- Customer service phone number always goes to voicemail

Had a ring delivered for my wedding, which turned out to just be a bit on the neat side. Sent it back as per the procedure, however have been met with complete silence. They've collected the ring from the postbox, however have not sent an new ring in exchange (as requested), do not pick up the phone and ignore all emails. If I don't hear back soon a) I'll have no wedding ring for my wedding, and b) I'll be out the cost of a ring and will have to set about recovery of the cost via the courts. Recommend that no-one use this company- very, very poor service.

We got married in 2017 and the rings are lovely! quality rings. The titanium rings have not needed any restoration. Highly recommend!

I ordered a basic Gold Band for my (now) husband and unfortunately every time he bends his finger, the ring bends!

I know they're not expensive, but they still shouldn't bend!!

The size of the ring also came up smaller than the ring sizer - it said he was a size Y, so either the sizer was wrong or the ring!

Due to this issue it has caused deep ridging and skin loss on his finger.

Not what you want from your wedding ring!!!

Ordered a matching ring for me, and although my fingers are a lot smaller than his and nowhere near as strong, my ring still bent!!!

So he had to buy me a new ring from somewhere else, which we couldn't really afford.

His ring isn't even ring-shaped anymore!!

I've emailed several times about his ring, but have still not received a reply or an offer to replace it!!!

It's been nearly 2 years now!!

Exactly the Ring I wanted at a good price! Ring arrived quickly and was just as image on website. (I did order a ring sizer so I could check my size a week before ordering ring, it took ages to come so ordered ring anyway and they arrived 2 days later! Would definitely order again and recommended to friends!

Ordered a band, was the wrong size so got it exchanged no problem (it's a wider cigar band and I needed to go 2 sizes up instead of 1). Really happy with the ring and the price - great value

Ordered 2 silver bands on a Thursday evening and received them by Monday morning due to Covid-19 slowing the postal process. They were dispatched same day!

Lovely rings, and unbeatable in terms of price. They also have a lot of designs unlike somewhere like H.Samuels which have a lack of simpler designs.

I was worried looking on here at the negative reviews however I’m glad I chose the company as all is well! I got 3 different emails one to say I’d ordered, another to say I paid and a third with dispatch notes and a tracking number.
