StanbicIbtc is the worst bank I have ever encountered they have a very poor customer service and seems to be very tricky they put no restrictions when you are depositing your money but give you illustrations from withdrawing your money I actually open an investment account with them after depositing money to the account it has been hell to redeem it they started by saying I have to upgrade the account after all said and done and The back and forth the account upgraded yet I could not redeem my money what a stupid bank I think the public should be aware of this bank you're not about a scam I'm not surprised that they have no good review online because that is what they represent

The bank's process in opening accounts for foreign-based residents is cumbersome and takes a very long time, even after meeting all their documentation requirements. UBA, GTBank etc. seems to be performing far better in diaspora banking than Stanbic IBTC bank.

Stanbic ibtc asset management is a waste of time for an investment plan. If its time to redeem your funds, all they tell you is that your redemption limit is higher than your investment. No response from the customer service email, they don't pick calls. Honestly, very preposterous customer care. Infact if i can actually give a zero rating, I will do that

Stanbic together with Rimitly send money have failed to deliver my money to account having sent on Monday now 3days it’s missing on the account.i want to worn people over there about these two thievesmoney has not been delivered since Monday .Rimitly is not responding to my issue😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Stanbic is one of the worst banks in Nigeria. How could you send emails and no response, not even an auto-responder in place? Shame on you stanbic bank. I made numerous complaints about how I have been fleeced by a group of people who asked me to send money for crude oil transactions that never materialise into anything. I am now demanding a chargeback because I never got a return on investment as promised. A proportion of the fund I was swindled of was paid to some of their customers who have now eloped. Their platform has actually made it easy for fraud to persist. No checks done.

STANBIC is the worst bank in Nigeria with their outdated customer service..their online services is totally zero ,,,I can't even imagine my self operating an account with this kind of Bank. .it is better they sell it off because they are totally backward and causing nuisance to customers mental being with their lackadaisical attitude of their staff and the outdated services they offer in GENERAL . WORST BANK OF THE YEAR

They are Non-responsive in service delivery. I had a terrible experience when I wanted to reactivate my dormant Current account (0016394604), I submitted all requirements that they requested , even more, and it is over 2 months now and nothing has been done. Very useless bank. As it is I have started the process of even withdrawing my Pension Account Management from their Pension Fund Management arm. Dont fall a victim.
