The worst bank I ever had to deal with.
CIBC Providenciales customer service is terrible.
You can not resolve anything online or via telephone.
For any small issue you have to take a long cue, and spend entire working day waiting for your turn.
I needed a bank reference letter after being a client for over 10 years, and I had to spend the entire day staying in a line, and this is after I paid for this letter $30.

Avoid this bank. It is the worst service you can imagine. Very poor service.

I read so many bad reviews about the processing procedure and customer services of CIBC TCI branch.

The personnel who is working doesnt posses good etiquette in their job and silently mocking the persons who is asking for their help.

I dont know why this prestigious bank had hired people who is rude and doesnt know how to do their job properly.

Its been a year and this services didnt even have a little progress in their customer service

This bank is one of the worst banks I've every worked with they have my money and refuse to do the right thing and assist me with getting back my money

Terrible bank! They have my money and won't reply to any of my emails ir calls.. the manager of grand turks and caicos has never tried to contact me back. Going to see a lawyer to sue them now!

I held an account with CIBC First Caribbean Int'l Bank for years with no issues and then one day, they locked my account stating it was dormant. No warning, they just blocked my access.

While some staff members tried to help, the manager of my branch was the complete opposite. She was unhelpful, impolite and only replied to one in a dozen emails/voicemails. I called to complain to her management and incredulously, they forwarded me back to her. So no one was prepared to deal with what I felt was a serious problem. As I don't live in the country, it took months and costs hundreds in legal fees to get it back.

2 years later, she did it again and locked my account. Since her management were incapable of dealing with someone who I felt was unprofessional and incompetent, I had no choice but to go through the expensive process again.

I reported the bank to the regulator because I believed the manager and/or the Grenadian branch were fraudulently planning to steal funds from so-called "abandoned" accounts, but I received no reply.

As luck would have it, they were taken over by Grenada Co-op Bank Ltd and so far, I have not had to deal with the old manager.
