Todo perfecto. Producto muy bien empaquetado para no sufrir daños en el transporte. Envío rápido y con seguimiento. Sin duda volveré a comprar.

I ordered a specific item for a gift needed for about 10 working days time.
A few days later I get an email
stating: 'Dear ***********
A cancellation request has been processed for the reasons listed below.
Temporarily out of stock'
No apology, no yours sincerely, just absolutely rubbish customer service.
I'm irritated not just because in this day and age any company, but especially one of this size, should have precise digitalised stock control and know when an item is available at the point of the customer ordering, rather than letting the customer down with a very poor computer generated email days later. But also, due to their websites Contact Us; option which just leads to several drop down options that explain very basically why an item is cancelled, no help at all. The only other option is a live chat, I'm not a fast typer so prefer an email option where I don't feel rushed, or a good old fashioned phone number.

I will not buy from Sports Direct again as I don't feel I can trust their knowledge of which items are actually in stock, and there was no apology for their mistake, which translates into not really caring about or respecting customers.

No doubt a reply will appear for my review that they are sorry for my experience /that I feel this way, that they do really care about customers, and here are options to contact them.... there is no need, just please read what I've written and make things better for your customers, including the many other poorly rated reviews here. Thank you.

Hago un pedido teniendo en cuenta la fecha de entrega, me cobran 12€ por la entrega express estimada para el 25 de de julio, y después me envían un correo diciendo que la entrega es para el 27, mala información deberían dar información correcta antes de cobrar.

Aún no me llegó el pedido y me ponía que iba a llegar hoy

Compra rapida y con varias posibilidades de pago. Buenas ofertas.

Alguno de los juegos comprados no eran nuevos. Estaban abiertos y puestos una pegatina.
No se avisa que el producto es reacondicionado.

Had the misfortune to visit Sports Direct Westfield, Stratford, London.

Awful service from youngsters who really couldn’t care less about anything. Much less customer focused service! Or at least that’s the impression we were left with by the rude and disrespectful manner in which we were treated.

We left the shop without purchasing what we had intended to.

In fairness to the company Frasers Group Trading Limited, trading as Sports Direct, they have some quality products at very competitive prices.

But who wants to spend their hard earned cash in places where you are disrespected? Certainly not us!

I bought a pair of Nike Monarch as i liked the look, comfort and price in that order.
After two weeks the right shoe developed a squeak?very audible when walking.i went to exchange but they said its an issue with Nike.i bought another reluctantly thinking itd never happen to another pair.two weeks later it did! Grrr spotts direct said again talk with nike as its a manufacturers issue not theirs?

Im now £110out of pocket no shoes.Nike declined to help stating they have nothing to do with sports direct.grrrrr

Says 3-5 days shipping but email states over 10days from order placement:/

Tardaron mucho para enviar el producto. Hasta no me lo dejaron cancelar, al final tampoco llegó en la fecha estimada. Aún estoy pendiente del producto para poder devolverlo para un reembolso…

No me parece justo que hay que pagar envio y si se desea devolver hay que pagar otro envio. Pongan poder retirar o devolver en el local.

Todos los productos son de buena calidad. Seguir así.
