Good refurbishment of site. Good experience of purchasing our new caravan, with friendly staff.

I part exchanged my Rollerteam Zefiro 696 for a Swift Kon- tiki 625 with a phone call at the Warwick Branch after looking online and spoke to Alan Blair who took a deposit to hold the van till i travelled down 3 weeks later from Scotland with my wife
On arrive we were greeted with friendly staff and Alan Blair introduced himself...We see the van and were very happy ..we stayed the night at the Holiday Inn and returned the next day to pick the new van up....
Alan Rumney had set the new van up for handover and showed us around and made sure we was happy ...
We returned to the office to finish off paperwork and Alan Rumney got the van ready for the road and we were off....We can't thank a them both enough , they were really nice...all the staff were really friendly...
Would highly Recommend...👌

Pursuit purchased recently and so far so good :-) Handover technician took his time to explain some caravanning tips. Accessories shop staff very helpful.

on collection could have been cleaner
I’m not saying it was horrible or dirty but I expected a full valet before collecting
But we are fussy about that type of thing
The warranty and per engine service was fantastic
I will definitely keep using spinney in the future

As a lone woman buying my first campervan I was looked after by Colin. Very professional and knowledgeable. On collection was given full demonstration. Very happy with my purchase.

This revue about Alan the hand over man. We have bought and sold caravans and motor homes in the past however we have never had such a thorough hand over that we received from Alan which we really appreciated.

We purchased our new van from Spinney Chester so when we had an accident with the van we took it to them to arrange a qoute for our insurance for spinney to carry out the repair. We did this 2 weeks ago. After repeated phone calls to check on our qoute we were told it was getting done. More days passed so my husband contacted them again to be told the person who deals with the qoute is on holiday !
This is not good enough.
We decided to try somewhere else to provide us sith a qoute to complete the repair and we are so happy that we did. We took the caravan to S T Repairs in Sandycroft, Deeside yesterday and recieved the qoute today. 5 * service in my book.
Spinneys Chester need to up their game because customers will not accept poor service and will go elsewhere.

I had always found Spinney very helpful and wrote a bad review to get a response as I hadn't received the parts that I had ordered due to a backlog in the supply and distribution to Spinney, obviously once the review was published Spinney sprung into action and the parts were supplied a few days later.
I apologise to Spinney for any distress caused to the company and their staff unresrvedly.

Fault on bodywork.missing rack in cupboard under sink. Awning obviously xdemo but sold as new not right in my opinion and when sold we were told roof lining were included by Dorema but no roof linings pump missing! Would like to point out what excellent service and the level of help we have received from connor .Just a shame he has been let down by manufacturing standards!

Had a really good experience at Spinneys Motorhomes after buying a caravan. We initially dealt with Alan Blair who was fantastic and really helpful. We then dealt with Alan Rumney who did the handover and gave us a walk through of the caravan and how it all worked and no question was a bother. I would also like to thank Sally White for setting up the service plan and be really helpful with this.

All the staff went above and beyond and we couldn’t thank them enough.

This was our first experience buying a caravan and there was a lot to take in. Conner was helpful and always available to answer any questions.

We placed a deposit on a camper van approximately four weeks ago. At the time, we provided the salesperson with a list of issues that needed to be addressed before our scheduled collection on 15th July.

The day before we were due to collect we were informed one if the issues had not been dealt with and when we arrived to collect the vehicle, other issues had also not been resolved, which was extremely disappointing. We have been informed that they are hopefully being dealt with tomorrow.

Purchasing a camper van is a significant financial commitment and we feel it is only reasonable to expect that any agreed work is completed before collection. This experience left us feeling a little let down.

I also emailed the salesperson last week to express my disappointment, but I have yet to receive a response, which has only added to my frustration.

I sought an exchange of vehicle from Motorhome to Caravan, and my contact has been with Brian Shanley, Sales Manager. Throughout our dealings, Brian has given me a great customer experience, whether it be by phone, in person or emails with quick knowledgeable responses each time. Other staff, Jane in Sales Admin and Shop staff Lorraine and Gary, and Support teams have all shown excellent customer focus and very helpful with advice throughout, and finally we received a very thorough handover from Alan Rumney to get us on the road with confidence. This has given me a great deal of confidence in Spinney’s as a business.

This is now our 5th caravan from Spinney Staffordshire (formerly North Staffordshire Caravans). It started with a Bailey Discovery purchased in 2004 for approx. £7,500, sold by Andrew. Over the years we upgraded to another Bailey, then to a Swift, and back again. Now, we've just gone back to a Swift Conqueror 650L.

We're very pleased with our new caravan and the exceptional customer service from Barry. Excellent communication throughout, a very thorough handover and demo. Overall, he knows his customers and the industry inside and out. He's a credit to Spinney, and we would highly recommend a visit if you're in the market for a motorhome, camper, or caravan!

Absolutely superb from start to finish when purchasing our new caravan from Spinney. Hannah, Will, Tina, Barry were all fantastic. Loved the welcome and attention we were given by everyone. Nothing is too much trouble and felt everyone went above and beyond to get us a great deal. I cannot recommend them highly enough. 10/10. Thank you to everyone.

Collected our first Motor Home today from Spinney’s Cheshire. Dealt with Mark all the way through the Purchase, excellent service. We had an hour induction with Tony, he was brilliant, very thorough, went through absolutely everything. Very pleased and would recommend Cheshire Spinney to anyone.
