Fantastic ordering experience, a lot of items are cheaper here than anywhere else too. Delivery is free but only if you spend over the minimum amount. The returns policy is what makes SPARTOO awesome.... Mehr ansehen

Worst delivery service ever.

Worst delivery service ever.
I’ve been waiting for my order for three days.
Day 1: The delivery was delayed with no explanation.
Day 2: I asked the delivery driver to leave the package in the mailbox since I was at work and couldn’t be home. He refused, saying he was working too, which is unacceptable.
I then contacted customer service and requested delivery to a relay point. The tracking showed “on the way” all day, but nothing was delivered.
This has been an absolute nightmare and a complete waste of time.

Great purchasing experience. Price eclipsed by another site a few days later.

Really smooth ordering and delivery. That was great. Just gutted that a week after I bought them, they are on sale on the Dr Martens site for £25 less. :-(

Returns nigh impossible!

I reported a faulty item on the day it arrived (25 Nov 2025). One cuff was clearly defective. Spartoo acknowledged this on 26 Nov and confirmed the item came from a partner warehouse.

From that point on, I was repeatedly told they were “chasing the partner” for a free return, but no return label or collection was actually provided for over three weeks. I chased multiple times (28 Nov, 29 Nov, 3–6 Dec, 8 Dec, 15 Dec) and was repeatedly apologised to — without action.

Only on 16 Dec was I finally told a free collection would be arranged, and even then no date or time window was given.

Spartoo advertises “free delivery and free returns”, but in my case this meant weeks of chasing just to return a confirmed faulty item. Delays caused by their partner warehouse were pushed onto me as the customer. Unbelievably frustrating experience.

THEY DONT TELL YOU - YOU PAY CUSTOMS AN

Bought a pair of $116 shoes with free shipping. UPS told me I had to pay $63.79 for it to be delivered BECAUSE SPARTOO STATED I WAS IMPORTING INSTEAD OF THEM BEING THE EXPORTER.
I will NEVER EVER order from Spartoo again. I’ve ordered from all over the world and never had the company pass off their costs to the customer like this before WITHOUT EVEN TELLING THE CUSTOMER THEY WOULD NEED TO PAY!!!! After the insane charge and the below response, I viewed their website and it states purchases under $800 do not incur fees - this is a VERY deceitful company. Do not use them

This was my first time ordering with…

This was my first time ordering with Spartoo and I was a little wary having read some negative reviews…..however, I realised they were mainly old reviews, so I gave them a go & I'm so glad I did!! Their stock level of colours and sizes is amazing, I was informed regularly of the progress of my order, my jacket arrived within 5 days, exactly as stated, it was beautifully packaged in a strong fun box and there was a clear free returns invoice inside should I wish to return it ( which I happily didn’t!)
Great service and I would happily buy from them again!

All good

I bought some keen trekking sandals - site had right size, good sizing info, and a very good price. I only saw negative reviews after purchase and was a bit anxious. But they arrived in perfect shape, right size and no grief over delivery. The trek sandals were £75 so no customs duty arose.

My shoes were supposed to be delivered…

My shoes were supposed to be delivered by Wednesday ahead of a black tie event on Thursday. I have still not received my shoes on Friday. I have had emails request Feedback but none to say where my shoes are.

I brought a pair of jeans from this company and they are exactly what I was looking for and well worth it for the price will definitely be buying more. Very comfortable too. I will definitely be going back to this company for future purchases.

Do NOT pay extra for a so called Premium Membership

When a company offers premium membership at a cost (£14.99) which includes next day express delivery I would expect some level of concern when they fail to live up to this. Instead they simply stated that "cannot account for any delays which occur and I am not sure why this delay did occur" .
I acknowledge that the membership also comes with a standard 10% off prices but in my case the I chose the membership specifically for the express delivery.
I understand that delivery delays can occur but would expect a better reaction from the company.
Gutted that this should be my experience as I was initially happy to have found an e-commerce site that was not Amazon or Ebay.
Nonetheless, as I have stated to Spartoo, I have put the £14.99 down as a loss and look elsewhere going forward.

Found a long-discontinued item: happy!

I managed to find a long-discontinued jacket that I had bought like 8 years ago and that has since been lovingly worn to shreds ('cos a mass-market brand and all)... and Spartoo had the right sizes in a range of colorways even! Sadly, not my original 'best ever' coloway, but I ended up buying 2 different ones. Style!

Cheapest Docs online

Other than being the cheapest Docs I can find online, boots were shipped fast and arrived in 2 days. Item was double boxed hence arrived without any damage. Just keep in mind to spend less than £135 to get away with import tax. Will buy from them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

They lost my order number, they promised a compensatory item of clothing, never arrived?! Had to pay over £30 for UPS charges (was not aware of this). Shoes were delivered late and so could not wear for intended purpose. when shoes arrived they were TERRIBLE quality, so cheap looking, so i will never wear them! All in all, this feels like a massive scam!

I found a pair of shoes that I was looking for and pressed buy. I was directed to spartoo, so I searched again only to be told that these shoe did not exist in this universe.
Is this some sort of joke.

I really like Spartoo

I really like Spartoo. Their prices are very competitive - not cheaper but competitive . Their strength is in having stock of hard to get items and delivering. 3 days from Grenoble to Yorkshire. I’ve never had any issues so far.
