Absolutely terrible company I have been sold a faulty sofa bed and now I am trying to resolve the issue I have been personally insulted and abused my the customer service team and I still have no resolution

Terrible customer service. I ordered a sofa bed with this company, and when it arrived the colour of the couch was significantly different from what was shown in the picture. I requested that they exchange the couch for a different colour as it was not what I expected, and they basically told me no that they do not allow returns.

I spent over £1k on the couch, and they did not even care after the customer satisfaction. Just took the money without any form of resolution. I have contacted my credit card company to get my money back! I would not advise buying from them at all.

I ordered a sofa bed and it was delivered on time within the 7 days as stated. It is very nice.
The two gentlemen that came to deliver it was extremely professional and very friendly. Thank you delivery guys I appreciate you.
The only problem was clarity of delivery date, customer service use the word shipped, when the delivery was actually on its way and one other thing is very firm and could be a bit softer.
But other than that, very good service. 31/09/23 London.
I was very worried when I saw the reviews but I trust my instinct and sofa bargain did make me a happy customer.

We ordered this sofa and it looks very different from the pic,2 polish man came to install the sofa and left very fast we didn’t have time to see the sofa this was this Sunday evening. We called Monday as sofa not comfortable at all like stone nobody answered we called today to be told reruns not acceptable or £200 collect charge. For item not described properly and misleading us saying if we don’t like it we can return for a full refund.
Very rude customer service arguing on the phone so we are reporting this company for fraud and customer standards ongoing investigation as they are Fraud!!! DO NOT WAIST YOU MONEY ON THIS RUBISH !!!

SOFA IS DIFFERENT TO PICTURES THE COLOUR IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. if there is any problems or damage they will not refund you they will say it’s your fault and blame you for damage. They lie about signing a waiver for damage of the sofa which I never did! My sofa has a hole in it and is a different colour. £900 in the bin. DO NOT BUY from this company or cornersofabed company it’s the same one! DO NOT USE!

I bought a sofa from them for £999 and it is very poor quality. I bought the sofa 2 months ago, for a month I have been writing to them to come and fix it because it broke, I don't know what they brought me, but it creaks terribly loud, you can't even sit on it

Was alittle apprehensive about ordering online due to always viewing and purchasing and always having the thought of being ripped off..... BUT I am extremely pleased with my purchase of the cover corner sofa bed in grey!! Certainly sold as advertise Delivered within 4 days of buying and delivery people were quick and efficient. My partner chose to assemble it himself instead of delivery men but they were more than happy to double clarify my decision on this and advise with anything or help needed.
Would definitely recommend and will be ordering again in the distant future.

We purchased one of their “sofas” not long ago and received a completely different than advertised. Be aware, false advertisement, ignorance and pure scam. All the material’s described are false. Instead of advertised leather best you will get is dermantin. Sofa came in different colour, different material, texture and very poor quality. The return request was made the next day. Photo evidence provided, in response they demanded extra £200 for collection and £50 for the packaging that their couriers destroy upon the assembly. This is outrageous. Extremely poor communication and lack of any cooperation. No compensation. No refund. No apology has been provided. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Appalling, I paid for a sofa with a ‘guaranteed’ 7 day delivery, it’s now been 22 days 3 phone calls and multiple excuses, false assurances on repeated delivery dates and if you call to check what is happening you will be told ‘stop whining’ . Completely dishonest and unreliable company. The promised 10% refund has failed to appear and probably won’t DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
I still don’t have my sofa and extremely unlikely I’ll get it any time soon if at all.

Their company has been dissolved in 2021 due to not reporting the income for the tax office, then they made another one in 2021 under Sofa Bed direct Ltd name.The company again under strike off but still taking moneys from the customers online.
I ordered the sofa in early November which was delivered to me 7 weeks later. During the order and shipment there were various changes on my delivery date and my order. Originally I ordered a Dover sofa bed with black and grey colour which has been changed 4 weeks after my order and advised that they are unable to ship and I must change for a different one called Halifax. I agreed that's gonna be fine but make sure that you will be delivering the item before the 14th December as my family is coming from abroad and my Mother is really ill. Of course the sofa did not arrive before that and every day they kept promising I will receive it within a week within 24 hours advance call. Finally I got the order just on the 18th of December ( on Sunday at 7.00am in the morning!!!!) When the delivery guys opened the box I realised that the sofa called HUGO (not sure this name came from where) has a different colour dark-light grey instead of my original order. I had 10 minute to think what i'm gonna do as i just disposed of my old sofa bed 5 weeks ago and i had no other one just before Christmas. Accepted as I did not have a choice but after 20 min i noticed that the sofa has a very bad quality,and even the two parts were poorly fitted and side panels which are poorly filled with materials and lose their shape.
The whole sofa bed is just a joke. The sofa has also not been labelled to prove that they are fire resilience furniture. Upon this I have realised that probably the level of the complaint they deleted their facebook page so clearly stops people from making and sharing complaints on social media.
Checking on the trust pilot and other reviews page I just came to realise this company is making a huge profit to scam the public and giving them very bad customer service. I Paid £700 for this sofa and I don't even want to ask my dog to use it. The following day I made the complaint via email but of course no response.
Sending another one is still nothing.Tried to call them nothing. Left with no choice I have reported them to my bank's fraud team to make some investigation as i was stuck. After a month (today 19/01/2023) received an email with the following

"I hope this email finds you well. I understand that you are having some
complaints about the sofa that you have received. Hence, we will be
collecting that and will issue you your full refund.
Please be advised that our delivery team will collect your sofa in 7
days. they will be contacting you for a timeslot 24 hours before."

Tried to email them back to discuss the refund but received immediately that the email cannot be delivered. What a joke. Just after 3 hours I received the text message that they are coming to collect the sofa on Saturday but no mention of my refund. Are they serious? Do they really think that I will let them in to collect without issuing my refund first?
Just stay away from this company and do not buy anything!!!!!

We ordered a sofa on November 9th and it was reported that the sofa would be delivered in 2.4 weeks, we tried to contact them and were told that the sofa would arrive in the first week of January, and we still haven't received the delivery, in the end we will write an email saying that we refuse and that the money would be returned, we did not receive any response when I wrote the last message that we will contact the Traiding standard, after sending the message we immediately received a reply that their e-mail is full and that they did not receive the last message, we will not leave everything like this, do not buy anything from this company because you will be deceived.Negative reviews online reflects on bad customer service and low quality goods.

I have ordered a sofa on the 26th of December 2022 and I was told the sofa was going to be delivered in the first week of January, I informed them and asked them if it could be delivered on the 12th of January. They said yes never happened. I contacted the customer service nobody answered and live chat told me that my order is delivered even though I never received the sofa. I called the customer service 23 times and in the end someone said sorry we didn't have your sofa in stock and it is still in production but you will receive your order next week. Never happened!! I tried to call the customer service a few days later and nobody responded as expected. I tried to get live chat help me again and they said my order has been delivered again :( really very frustrated and disappointed. I then called customer service again and they said, sofa had a default and it will arrive this week. Didn’t happen!! The worst experience I ever had. It is not worth, please consider other companies that you can get a better service. I was really excited about the sofa but wish I ordered from a decent company.

Do not order from sofa bargains.

If there are any issues with your sofa, they will not resolve any after delivery. They simply keep telling you they’ve spoken to someone and they are waiting on a reply. It’s been a week, I’ve rung everyday, not information on when to expect a resolution on the faulty sofa and no time span on how long it will take. Now have a sofa, that’s broken taking up the entire lounge. Please think of you are going to buy from them, because regardless of what condition your sofa arrives that’s what you’ll be stuck with and you’ll spend hours being taking up the garden path about different department with people with no names or managers.

Where to start, ordered in september sofa was ment to take a week took 4. It was hard and uncomfortable slept on the bed bit twice and it caved in on itself total cheap crap. I reached out umpteen times in first 14 day to be ignored. Finally goy klarna to escalate in December. Company tried to say repair as outwith the warrenty argued and told wanted refund so the finally reluctantly agreed, asked me to have sofa cleaned so got that done yesterday. Driver turns up today and phoned his boss and was told to leave the couch because it is stained lol it wasnt stained was sloghtly damp where i had it professionally cleaned. So now stuck with a sofa and no contact number amd be waitin weeks to get an email back. Sofa will be at dundee skips and no more payments will be made

Sofa arrived in good time, however it was broken on arrival and the overall quality is pretty bad. We were told by the delivery people that it would be replaced a week or so later after Christmas. However we decided the sofa was not what we wanted so we just wanted to return the broken sofa for a full refund.

However here we are 3 weeks later, the broken sofa is still here and we have not been given a refund. We have called, emailed and been on the live chat, just to be told our issue has been ‘escalated’ and someone will be in touch, however despite being told on 4 separate occasions that someone will get back to us, we have still heard nothing.

My advice would be DO NOT buy from this company. The sofa is hard and uncomfortable, arrived broken and now we are being ignored when trying to get it returned.

Ordered corner sofa comes before two week finish I wasn’t home so put my friends at my flat , they delivered and put together, only problem it is not like the photo on website looks like copy not very bad but not that good as shown as in the website I would never buy from unknown company again , better pay but more and get decent one

Got my sofa just before Christmas. Very happy with my three seater and two seater sofa .Excellent quality .
