Bought a white oak sideboard when it arrived via V1 delivery they pointed out that the box was damaged but stated there is no damage to the content they were only interested on getting a signature when I opened the box the sideboard was trashed .damage everywhere on the unit doors unalined ,cracks round the hinge ,spars missalined, top smashed it looked like it had been thrown out the back of a van .tried to contact them no reply.

I saw a job advertised on indeed it says £12/£13 a hour when you get to the interview you get told it's £11.44 and you have to do a work trial for 2 days it doesn't tell you this in the add and you have a 22 year old telling you what to do. Steer clear you will probably only last two days .I certainly wish I had not applied. Up to you but I would not

The service we received was very good, we were served initially by James then Oliver completed the sale.
Both men were knowledgeable about the product and took mums needs into consideration

Ordered the 3 -2 seater recliner led and it came on the day they said it would,price was to build it on arrival and they said people are coming to build half hour after we leave and they quickly left,also when I had to assemble it I notice that it was a massage chair on both sides of the 3 seater ,so we are stuck with the hard balls against our backs from that and I asked the guy to send me my assembly fee and he blocked me on Facebook within seconds ,I would stay clear of this company ,you don’t k ow what your getting.avoid it don’t even think about buying from them

Never buy from this company. Ordered a bed and mattress Christmas time and nothing has been delivered. It is a scam.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I also would have given 0 stars if it was possible. I ordered and paid £478 for a sofa on 17th March 2023 and received a confirmation email stating delivery would be within 7-14 days. Almost 4 weeks later the item has not been delivered, and I have had no response to emails, messages sent via their online contact form, or voicemails left on their mobile number. After reading other Trustpilot reviews last night, I have spoken to my bank this morning (as I paid by Debit Card) and they have organised a refund whilst they investigate. Buyers BEWARE!!!

Do not buy from this company ordered a bed with mattress nearly 4 weeks ago ,rang numerous times leaving messages with no response and also lots of emails and of course no response they need to be stopped taking peoples hard earned cash.I would give them 0 but wouldn’t let me .

Scam!!! Beware! Do not purchase anything from this company. Ordered a bed on the 13th March, received a confirmation email. I’ve emailed numerous times to find out when I will be receiving the bed and had no response.

Never ever buy from this company i ordered a bed from this company never turned up no emails no phone calls never answer the mobile number or return emails they are a rip off . Luckily iv paid though Clearpay and they are raising the dispute to get my money back ! But beware please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF .

Beware of buying anything from this company. I bought o shall I say paid for a bed at £450. No confirmation email to say it had been bought or advice of when delivery.

Contacted and emailed consistently every day. Eventually got an email back saying it would be delivered 15/3, nothing arrived and again no comms to say why.

There’s a mobile telephone number and it just goes to voicemail.

Luckily, we had purchased this through clear pay and raised a dispute and they are saying our money is refunded.

Wish I could give 0 star. Absolutely a scam company. Ordered a bed frame 3 weeks ago and wanted to make a change to my order, unable to get in touch with someone, tried sending multiple emails no replies, called 2 different numbers one found from instagram, no answers. I’m going to call my bank and get my money back. This fraud company’s site should be taken down. We have been sleeping on the floor.

UPDATE!!!! My bank got my money back for me!!! Hopefully these swindlers and crooks won't be trading for too much longer.

If I could give it 0 I would, customer service is non existent. I have rang, text,online messenger and emails no one ever answers or gets back to you. I have a heavily pregnant girlfriend and no couch, she is having to sit on a bean bag. My couch was suppose to come a week ago, they were quick to take your money. Absolute crooks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!! I have reported them to trading standards

Update on these frauds, reported to my bank and full refund given while the bank investigate, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

This is a fake site! No bed from end of January when the Order was placed now middle of March! No response from email and phone goes to voicemail! Thieves is what I would call this site

Had no response back been waiting 2 weeks for my bed, sent emails messages on the chat still don't know whether my bed is coming? This is a shambles and doesn't hold much hope for small business when buying online if I dont get a delivery date and my bed by the end of this week I shall report you to trading standers

Avoid this company at all costs they are SCAMMERS. Your order will never arrive, they’ll ignore you call and emails and block you.

Never have I in my experienced such shocking customer service! No reply from email calls nothing! Waited a month for a bed assured it was with courier on the only email reply I got last week! Still nothing! Am away to report to consumer advice because this business should not be operational ! I want a refund but no nothing
