False advertising at best, delivery early misleading more like.
"Free for life" only if you want a screen shot of your social media that you have to manually update and embed constantly. Want a proper widget, that will cost you but they don't tell you until after you set up an account and create the useless widget.
Their customer services was terrible thereafter and deleted my account straight away. Elfsight was much better and honest from the vet go.

Hi Kieran, I'm Mike, the co-founder of SociableKIT. Thanks for taking the time to write this, and I'm sorry the experience left you feeling misled. That genuinely wasn't our intent.
To clarify how the free plan actually works: the widget is live and embeddable, not a screenshot, and you only embed it once. There's no re-embedding.
You're right that the free plan doesn't auto-update as of now. Instead, you refresh the feed on demand with a Sync Request button in your dashboard. We're actively working to bring automatic sync to the free plan, so this should improve soon.
Fully automatic, hands-off syncing is part of our paid plans, along with priority 24/7 support and removal of SociableKIT branding. That free-vs-paid difference is laid out on our pricing page and feature pages, so it's visible before you commit.
Regarding your account, accounts are only deleted at the user's request - either by selecting 'Delete Account' from their own dashboard, or by asking our team to do it for them. We never remove accounts on our own initiative. If something looks off here, I'd genuinely like to investigate and restore anything that was lost.

sociablekit.com is not worth the money, time, or effort
I had a very poor experience with this service. The response from support is often copy and paste from a script they follow.
Some of the features are broken and unresolved and when I decided to give it another try to help them out, they doubled the price, all in the space of a month so I obviously declined.
Clearly not deserving of the business and they seem to be unaware of the problems they have.
Perhaps a cultural thing and lack of understanding of how to treat customers.
These services are luxuries in the grand scheme of things and they need to understand that.

Hi Peter, I'm Mike, the co-founder of SociableKIT. I'm sorry your experience fell short. That's not what we want for anyone using our product.
A few things I'd like to address. Our support is handled by a real human team, not bots or automated scripts, and every reply should be tailored to the specific question. If one of ours came across as canned, that's genuinely useful feedback, and I'll look into it.
On the broken features, I'd really like to get those resolved. When our team logs a bug with engineering, most are fixed within 24–48 hours. If you can tell me which features gave you trouble, I'll personally make sure they're checked.
On pricing: our standard rates haven't changed, but we do run limited-time promotional discounts from time to time, so it's possible the lower price you first saw was a promo that had ended by the time you came back. I'd be glad to offer you a discount directly if you'd like to give it another go.
