WARNING - accounts get randomly deleted and fix promises unfulfilled

I signed up for Taggbox two years ago as our business and reviews were growing, and wanted to display them on our website. Although the widget isn't pretty, it served its purpose and was easy to set up on our home page. Then two years later and over 100 reviews connected and able to display on our site, they deleted our account and data. The widget is embarrassingly blank on our home page. I tried to log in and it asked me to start from the beginning as if I was a new user. Help chat was useless and had no idea or record of the account for two years despite us having emails of account updates and new reviews to be approved. Unbelievable.

Safe to say we will not be re-setting up our account and will be using a much more reliable and trustworthy service. DO NOT USE THEM!

UPDATE: After they promised me that all was fixed and sorted, and the widget reinstalled on the website. Only 24 hours later the wrong business's reviews were on our site. Extremely embarrassing for us to have on our website, and that we trusted them again.

Will not cancel my subscription

I have been requesting them to cancel my subscription for over a month and no one, not even email support or chat replies to me. I went on a call with their sales team to be able to talk to someone and they still have not canceled my subscription.

Terrible service. Do not dare sign up for this app.

Will cause your site to slow down

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with this platform, particularly highlighted during the crucial period leading up to Christmas.

Firstly, we encountered a significant technical issue, an uncaught console error, which severely impaired our website's response time. This led to a disappointing and inefficient experience for our customers at a critical time for our business. This problem was unforeseen and only came to light after an in-depth investigation.

Secondly, my experience with customer support has been frustrating. For months, I have been in continuous communication with the team to resolve an issue with Google Reviews. As a franchise with multiple locations, all our Google Business pages were set up identically and without any conflicts. Yet, the support team has been unable to resolve this issue, repeatedly suggesting the same ineffective solution.

Overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing, falling short of the expectations and standards required for efficient business operations, especially during high-traffic periods like the Christmas season

Taggbox has not only helped me collect so much content but also manage it. Now all my content in under one dashboard and is conveniently stored into various folder for different purposes.
I can now make much more use out of this moreover with Taggbox I was able to get my team to access all the collections and market UGC above our expectations.

As a social media marketer, I have been using Taggbox for quite some time now and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with its capabilities. Taggbox is a powerful tool which help me to collect my hashtag content from instagram and display it on my website.

One of the things I love about Taggbox is its ease of use. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate, even for someone who is not very tech-savvy like myself. Without any notice spam message on my website

Without any notice, they will at some point change the features available to you and insert a random spam message directly and prominently on your website. In our specific case we signed up to have Google Reviews embedded (which is the only thing we need). I randomly found out today that this is only part of a trial today. Nobody called/ emailed about this and the just inserted a spam message directly on our website: You're Running Extra Widgets/Feeds! To enjoy uninterrupted services,kindly revoke the additional widget/feed or upgrade your plan. When I contacted them via live-chat, they tried selling me the paid version for a discount... which honestly... the code is so basic that I would not pay more than $10 for it one time, certainly not $99/ month!!!

Removed App without notice

They removed their app service to my website and didn't even contact me to tell me (I only found out by accident) and now I find it impossible to get a clear answer to basic questions of why?
All they are trying to do is pump automated emails to me telling me to upgrade!

Terrible levels of support, terrible client care in general. NOT to be trusted!
