Communication from the outset was excellent. We had an issue with the accommodation on arrival which was down to incorrect information from the resort. The snowpack rep took all details i gave from a phone call, were fully supportive, took ownership of the issue and ensured we were fully re-imbursed (we’d already booked alternative). I firmly believe they couldn’t have foreseen this issue prior and had fully resolved things financially for us within 12 hours ensuring any stress was minimised. They also informed us they were removing the accommodation from their site on the back of this complaint.

Great trip. Amazing skiing. Everything went smooth. Excellent vacations pricing options to fit every budget. Too bad son broke collar bone Snow Boarding but even the hospital staff and surgeon were a pleasure to deal with.

Booking a trip trough SnowPak was straightforward and easy. There was plenty of communications from them and no surprises when we got to our hotel. In addition it was the least expensive option when looking to book the hotel and epic passes through other sites/companies.
