Could not make it there due to bomb cyclone causing multi-state freeway closures, more than 5,500 flight cancelations, a family member with Covid, and spouse with cancer radiation treatment complications. Yet there was absolutely no flexibility with reservations, so we had to pay full price for not even being there.

They are great, make travelling absolutely easy and stress free .

We used SnowPak to book our hotel and ski packages. It was easy to use and the instructions were very clear. We had a quick and smooth and experience checking/out in our hotel and picking up/returning ski rentals.

Been using them for three years, very simple and get get everything reserved at once.

The customer service and advice was amazing! Everything went smooth with the lift tickets, the equipment rentals and the room! You made my visit to Tahoe an enjoyable, stress free event with my grandchildren.

Really excellent and personalized service... responded to questions very quickly and worked with the local ski resort in Canada to resolve an issue immediately. We couldn't have had better and would highly recommend SnowPak.

Jordan and Shannon were very courteous and accommodating to meet our needs. From the room set up, shuttle and lift tickets. They truly listen to the customer needs and promptly took care of our needs. Bravo!

I have been using Snow Pak for years. They are very attentive, detail oriented and always offer some great customer service.

The experience was fantastic. The continuous support from customer service was very assuring. Also the very detailed and customized package left very little room for concern. The vacation package went of exactly as planned, no hiccups.

Great customer service! We just booked again through SnowPak. Prices are better than booking directly through the resort, and it's convenient to have the lift passes added as part of the package. One change...the customer service rep mentioned we wouldn't need reservations for the restaurants in the Village. You definitely do or you will be waiting about an hour.

A little back story:
I am a single mother of 3 wonderful children - my heart and joy! We are a very tight unit, the 4 of us, and have experienced lifes ups and downs, learned, grew and embraced these moments. Turned lemons into lemonade! Lol

I work in a school board as a behaviorist, with teens who have Autism - beautiful souls! I do this for the love of it, certainly not to get rich! Lol

I have been saving for some time (approx. 1 year) to take my 3 children on a ski vacation, something that they have not experienced to date and we thought about often. One of my kids has special needs, so a ski in/out hotel was a must! Which I was able to book, and afford. :)I finally booked the trip - sooooo excited!

Then.......I learned through conversations a few days ago that I made an error in the dates I booked for our trip. There has been alot going on in my life, and I simply messed up the dates. I also passed the dates for any changes to be made with out full penalty of cost!

I was fairly concerned, maybe a little panicked!

Thankfully, when calling SnowPak for support, I was connected to Kym D - so very very grateful!!

Kym, through her diligence and perseverance, was able to change my dates without penalty, found an affordable hotel, ski in/out, breakfast included, and change the dates for our ski passes......all in one evening. Kym supported me through this process until ALL was confirmed, and the confirmation email was sent! Truly an amazing experience! Kym is an example of what kindness, compassion and true humility looks like in a human being.

Prior to connecting with Kim, I thought there was a very good posdibiloty that I had lost the money, and possibly the trip all together.

Kym's support, her positive attitude, her ability to calm and reassure me throughout this experience was a humbling moment for me. I am so very grateful for Kym's support, she went above and beyond for my kiddos and I!
