I must say what a great service this company gives us! We have been using Smart Numbers services for some years now and have over 200 monitored numbers with them. They are always so responsive and helpful. I particularly want to shout about Kate. She is so pleasant to deal with really goes that extra mile. Thanks to Kate and her team! Great company.

Due to a busy schedule, I rarely leave reviews but sometimes an individual deserves the mention.

Today I spoke with Amanda Gratrix who assisted me with the reinstatement of my phone services with Smart Numbers and not only was she very efficient and informative, she also added personality and compassion to the call given my unique circumstance.

Excellent service. Forwarded calls were prefaced with a message stating the company so that you are aware that the call is a business call, and can use your own mobile with confidence.
Never had any issues with billing and I consider Smart Numbers to provide good service at very reasonable rates.

The customer service is very good. They are very responsive to emails, very helpful and very polite. It's so refreshing when you deal with a company and things just work well. Many thanks in particular to Ashleigh who helped me quickly and efficiently with my request last week :-)
