We have only been using the service for a couple of weeks but the salesperson was very good and helped us define the right package to suit our needs. The call recording has already proven itself to be very useful and I'm sure the answering service will be coming in handy too.

Beware of the hidden charges - The so called roling contract that you pay more for each month still cost us £225+VAT to get out of, Absolute joke of a company.

Please stay clear of this company. Paid over £3000 for a website and £700 per month for SEO; If you decide to leave them and take your website to another hosting provider they cripple your website by removing all pages that you have paid for. Avoid, they are unethical.

Thanks for your reply, I’m not sure where you get the ‘many hundreds of 5 star reviews’; Just as an example on Trust Pilot 162 of your 5 star reviews are for services for telephone numbers and not one I could find is for SEO or web design but however I could find the remainder of about 4 rating bad, poor and average for SEO. This is also the same for Google’s review system, with only 6 reviews that can be filtered for SEO. For a company that has the words numbers and smart in its name it’s not looking good and we realise we should have done more research on this beforehand, especially noting that most reviewers had only posted one review!!!

With regard to your “unique, proprietary software” which was the reason you removed over 300 pages from our website just leaving about 5 pages when we moved away from your hosting; I would like to refer to the other reviewer on Trust Pilot, S.Walters, which as he mentioned, that even though you are the owner, you only get editor rights, this is done deliberately so you can’t see all the pages stored in the database as permission is denied on these stored pages; Every one of the additional pages that we paid for was not dynamically produced from some code and even if it was, the performance of the website would have been very slow and not feasible on the shared hosting we were given. Rather than leave these pages with the near duplicated text stored in the database and remove this ‘proprietary code’, they were deliberately deleted.

Finally, why would a company that prides itself on its unique software and design skills charge over £3000 for a site that uses a $59 template from Envato? Then more importantly the template used was not bought legitimately it is a hacked (nulled) version of a template from VestaThemes which is clear from the CSS style sheets copyright code and on the admin interface “Shared By VestaThemes”

I have lost a lot of money and this is why the very last word of my earlier review and this one is UNETHICAL.

After my initial enquiry online I was contacted by smart numbers to talk through some options. I felt totally confident that this service was perfect for my business. I was not pressure sold or blagged into anything. I couldn't believe how affordable this was.
