My appointment was with Katrina. She was professional, as always, and carried out the treatment in a very organised and thorough manner. Her attention to detail and calm approach made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment, and I left feeling very satisfied with the treatment. I would highly recommend her.

This was my first appointment with Skin Clinics in Liverpool.

First visit, received a lovely welcome from Katrina, friendly and informative, putting us at ease instantly. Concerned for our wellbeing, during a heatwave, she moved us to a cooler area of the clinic. Dalia has provided a treatment plan providing optimisim for the future. Both Katrina and Dalia very professional and reassuring.

I had a consultation and treatment today with Katerina. She was professional and knowledgeable and I am happy with the treatment that was recommended. Whilst Katerina recommended some skin care products to compliment the procedure, there was no pressure to purchase anything, which I was worried about before my consultation. I would recommend this clinic.

During my appointment at Chester for laser treatment, Dalia made me feel at ease, was very knowledgeable and caring. I particularly liked her checking how I was feeling during treatment, and ensuring that I had medication if needed. The whole experience was enjoyable! Thank you.

I am a return patient of the clinic, most recently Dr Zeina at the Milton Keynes clinic removed my facial pigmented seborhheic keratosis under local anaesthetic. He is very thorough, professional and caring in his approach The whole consultation and procedure was a smooth and painless experience. All the support staff were very pleasant and professional also. It's good to feel that you are in safe hands witn health-related matters...5 stars, they deserve them!

Very pleased with the service in the Norwich Skin clinic. Been wanting laser hair removal for years and was worried about pain. But everyone reassured me and everything was well explained. Still having my sessions but already very happy with results. I can already tell a significant difference. Can't recommend enough

My experience at the Melksham sk:n clinic was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

I booked a consultation after my GP confirmed I was suitable for treatment and recommended sk:n as a reputable clinic. Before anyone even asked what I was coming in for or listened to my concerns, the priority seemed to be taking payment. I was required to pay the £50 consultation fee immediately, and when I attended my appointment, I wasn't allowed to leave until the 'practitioner' double and triple checked that I had paid (even though I wasn't allowed to make an appointment without paying this fee?) It seemed the fee collection took priority over understanding or helping the patient.

The consultation itself lasted around 10 minutes. Rather than receiving a clear diagnosis or treatment plan, I was told the clinician wasn't sure whether the treatment was appropriate and suggested I book another consultation with a different clinician at an additional cost of £185. I left no better informed than when I arrived.

Concerned by the lack of certainty, I sought a second opinion at another reputable clinic (Revitalise Skincare Clinic in Bath). They diagnosed the issue, carried out the treatment, and arranged follow-up appointments all in the same visit. That experience made it very difficult to understand why I had been asked to pay an additional £185 simply to establish whether I could have the treatment.

The way my complaint was handled was just as disappointing. My calls went unanswered, so I had to drive to the clinic to speak to the manager in person. I was promised a response within a week but heard nothing for two weeks and had to chase them myself. The response I eventually received did not accurately reflect what happened during my appointment, including claiming I had declined a skin scan that I was never offered.

Based on my experience, it's easy to see why the clinic often appears to be empty. The service felt inexperienced, the complaints process was unprofessional, and I was left to chase a resolution every step of the way.

I would not recommend this clinic.

I just had my cyst removed today and wow they made me feel so comfortable, spoke me through every step to make sure I knew every detail to reassure me. When the procedure was in process, it was done with care and success within less than 10 minutes. Will be recommending to everyone and will definitely be going back for anything else needed in the future.

Simona was very knowledgeable and explained the laser procedure with care and clarity. I look forward to starting my treatment.
