Didn't get my refund for an ornament I send back. They keep saying they have refunded the money, but according to my paypal account it isn't so. I've escalated this issue at paypal, but it looks they don't respond and that I will not be refunded my 24 euros. The customer services is nowadays horrible, I've already contacted ShopDisney about this since August.

Awful since they outsourced distribution to Global-e (that’s why you now have to enter your details every time you checkout!).

Ordered a size small hoodie, sent large, eventually got a refund, ordered again, they made the same mistake! Never again.

I really dont know what has gone wrong with shop disney. I used to use them quite regularly but I won't be shopping with them again for the foreseeable future.
I ordered some costumes for a holiday for my children and my delivery arrived in nearly 3 weeks in 3 different deliveries. Fair enough at least I got my items.
The same day I ordered from their outlet store. After 2 weeks my order arrived but an item was missing. A week later I find the item has been cancelled. But they still took the money from my bank.
Normally with shop disney it stays pending for a few days until they dispatch. And then it goes into cleared payments. But this time the payment cleared straight away for the full amount including the item they cancelled.
I've been going back and forth with disney and they will not refund me as they are stating they didn't take the money for the item.. even though its clearly there in my bank.
I've emailed back one more time and if I don't get a reply or silly answers like im getting I'm going to have to do a charge back to get it back.

Oh and as an apology they offer a free delivery code. No thanks!

I ordered some bits for my wife, first time I have used the site, despite the tens of thousands we have spent, there is always something new!
The person in the warehouse cancelled one of my items.
No reason why, you could still go online and order it! (Apparently I should have had an email explaining why the order had been cancelled).

Rang to see what could be done, to be told it was their fault but they won’t bother doing anything about it! I simply wanted them to express ship to ensure the item could be delivered with the rest of the order, a good three working days ahead, and they just fobbed me off with random excuses. I cannot believe they could not manage this. Poor process no resolution 👎🏻

If I could give them 0 star I would. I doubt they will read this. Ordered beginning of sept. Estimated delivery date two weeks, multiple items ordered. One item did not get delivered, I waited till the estimated end date, contacted customer services was told by the chat wait 3 to 5 days as there as been an issue in the wherehouse and they are behind. Waited 5 working days, on the 5th day I get an automatic email saying it has been returned and refunded. It has not , again can’t get through on phone, chat now say there was a technical error!! I asked for my ordered to be reinstated they won’t but offered free delivery. Hmmm I had discount they won’t honour it, my suspicions are rising. I asked to speak to a manager as I can’t get through on the phone. Apparently I have to wait 2 days. I’m on day 3 and still waiting. This is totally unacceptable by Disney and not what I come to expect and oh I will be contacting you again and again and again. Yes, I have been refunded but without my permission or any information, this was for my daughter who had saved up her pocket money and asks every day where is it.

Absolutely shocking company to order from. What happened Disney!! used to be good, now its shocking. Dont expect to get the items anytime soon, or at all. When ordered everything was in stock. Now 10 days later they show out of stock and my order still hasnt been dispatched. Wont use again as it clearly wasnt a one off in the slow delivery stakes.

Absolutely rubbish!! I placed an order 10 days a go, it only got dispatched this morning so definitely don’t bother if your in a rush for something to be delivered! Then with no explanation they refunded the main thing I’d ordered, I checked and it’s still in stock on the website! Over half an hour on hold trying to get through to customer service to sort it out just be told they’d noted it was cancelled because it was out of stock but they can see it isn’t so it’s a technical glitch and the only thing I can do is reorder it.I won’t get my money back for the one they cancelled for a week and they couldn’t even offer me free postage to reorder it, it has to go to head office to be approved, that can take 3 days apparently and then they email you.. I’m not going to be holding my breath for that email!! Just stressful and disappointing, not what I’d expect ordering from Disney but looking at all the similar bad reviews somethings obviously going really wrong!

Very slow and product arrived after the date specified. Had to get alternative gift for granddaughter. Took two attempts to order, first order accepted by disney, then canceled due to stock issues, found out by accident, re ordered for it to not arrive in time, despite web site saying it would.....never again!!!!!!!

This company has no respect for their customers.... Placed an order on 7th to be received by 18th - still progressing on that date and they cannot give me a delivery time scale according to Live Chat..
This was to be a leaving gift - ordered in plenty of time - excuse was warehouse technical problems.... need to step up Disney!!!

I can't believe such a big brand/company, its CS and delivery are this bad!

*My order has not arrived, even though I got the email saying they have a problem related to warehouse etc. But it's been more than 2 weeks, yet they have not dispatched it.

*Rubbish CS. I am still waiting for refund for another order, which I had returned to them more than one month ago. Contacted the CS over the phone several times(coz the live chat is always offline!), got to talk to someone, but as you can imagine, it's outsourced elsewhere and some of the CS people had problems understanding the issue. What's worse was it looked like the phone would automatically disconnect after 10 mins! I tried a few times, the problem had not been solved, then the call cut off!
Not to mention, it is very hard to get through. You'll probably wait 20-30 mins, no one would response!

Order place 1st September, with an estimated arrival date of 12th September (already shockingly poor in a world of next day Amazon delivery).
Email received a few days later stating order would be delayed and offering a 20% discount code for future purchases.
We’re now 17 days after the order date and 5 days after the (excruciatingly long) original delivery date, with no item in sight and the order still displayed as “processing”.
There is no option to cancel, no reply via email, live chat isn’t working and after nearly an hour on the phone….no answer!!
Suffice to say I’ve had to order from somewhere else (which arrived within 2 days). BUT, that still leaves me out of pocket for this order and no means of speaking to anyone to cancel the order. I’ve been forced to put a charge back through via my credit card.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

I ordered a limited addition pin in August and then got an update saying was delayed due to issues with warehouse operations and a 20% discount code for future use. Today I recieved a standard, prepared email saying my order may have been cancelled due to the item being sold out, or becoming temporarily unavailable, or because an IT glitch has prevented the order from progressing to shipment.
I've been trying to get in contact with them for days with no response.
Their customer service is atrocious. I'd love to know why they are still taking orders and money from people, when this has been going on for a while and they know about it.
The obvious the thing to do, if they cared about their customers, would be to suspend orders until they sort this whole mess out.

Placed an order on the 28th August that was estimated to arrive the 4th September. I contacted them on the 5th September with no reply until 8th September. I was told they were experiencing “..technical issues and extra resources have been deployed to help with these”. They included a 20% discount for a future order that I will not be placing with them. It now appears that I have received an unprompted refund on the 14th September with no further contact to explain what has happened. Still no items received. I’m glad to have seemingly received a refund but they held onto a significant amount of my money for nearly 3 weeks and promised birthday presents are now missing.

*I have since received an email stating that the items are unavailable even though they are still listed as in stock and available on their website.

I would given them a 0 rating if I could. Placed an order on the 5th September for the chopper droid. It was dispatched yesterday morning then cancelled last night. Their customer service team claim the product is out of stock and has been since yesterday. So an order 7 days ago gets overlooked even though it’s still in stock online. Absolutely shocking customer service and their website is an absolute joke claiming it will just get cancelled again.

Order placed on 20th August for my daughter's birthday on 8th September. Order never dispatched, after chasing they just cancelled the order (despite item showing as in stock). Still waiting for refund. Have sat on my money for 3 weeks now.

I ordered a frozen Elsa dress for my daughter a couple of weeks ago. After non arrival of the item I rang up only ti be told there had been a technical error and it would be with me in a few days . The item never came and once again contacted them to be told it’s now out of stock! Very unhappy as it was for my daughter to wear at her friends Disney birthday party! Thank you to Disney for ruining a little girls day !!! Never will I use them again !

You get the things you order however their stock is dreadful. They have very few larger items and only ever up to 2xl and they only ever seem to have 5 2xl versions that sell out extremely fast. This is ridiculous and needs to change. I was waiting for a top to come into stock and literally within an hour of it being released it had already sold out of the larger sizes. Definitely not happy.

Ordered a UP! cookie jar and hoodie 18/08/23 to accompany other gifts for my first wedding anniversary for my wife, hoodie cane over a week later after chasing this, chased up cookie jar as not received 2 days later and sent email complaining, I get a refund without any provocation on 06/09/23, I ring on the 7th and they don't specifically state the reason and only surmise issue withwarehouse and stock, I tell them the product is still for sale and I've had no response to my complaint.
They said they would escalate, I was annoyed to say the least.
I've spent time and effort on calls and chat and no one has come back to me and no explanation.
I am posting this on various review sites as I gave Disney until midday ro resolve, this being sake price for the cookie jar along with some form of compensation due to the delay, my time chasing and the unprofessional way they refunded without reason, I will also be pursuing with trading standards

I’ve been a regular shopdisney customer and I’ve never had to wait so long for an order. I was supposed to have received my order a long time ago and spoke with multiple customer service agents who don’t seem to have any proper update to give me. Still waiting. And I ordered just one mug!

Well if only I'd read the recent reviews sooner! I placed an order and paid extra for express delivery. Estimated delivery 4th September, guess what? Yup, you're right, DIDN'T ARRIVE! online chat offline (really useful, not!) so called and spoke to a foreign sounding guy who didn't even give his name (immediate alarm bells ringing in my head!). He claimed that there was a technical problem (where have I heard that before? Oh yeh, scammerpayback on YouTube) and that the order is delayed but will be delivered by 11th September. He also said he would refund the delivery costs. I received an email saying delivery costs will be refunded, but, looking at these reviews, I'm not convinced a refund nor delivery will happen. I would cancel the order but guess what? Yup, the cancel order button in greyed out! I'm gonna call my bank (who are brilliant with this sort of thing) and tell them I've been scammed.
