Like many others I've sent money, sent emails, tried to make phone calls and got nowhere getting money back off this chancer.

I'd avoid this clown like the plague.

I've no idea how he keeps getting away with his dodgy business practices and yes, there are other companies he's involved in with equally dodgy business practices but I can't lay claim to personal experiences there so I'll stick to the pox that is 7th Dimension for this review. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Placed and order on the aforementioned website. There has been no communication with the merchant. He declined to reply to any emails and there was no phone listed.

After seeking a chargeback, this piece of filth had the audacity to challenge it claiming that they sent the order.

AVOID AT ALL COST. THIS IS A THIEF AND WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY

The trouble began when I pre-ordered from them. But nothing was delivered. After many phone calls with them, it turned out they listed things on their website they don't even have.

I asked for a refund, and they kept saying it was being "processed". This went on for months. In the end, I just got the bank to do a chargeback.

In essence, they take people's money to essentially keep their finances going. It's been a while since, and now I can see they are "permanently closed" according to a google search. I hope they don't spin up another company and operate in the same way under a new name.

I urge everyone to have a look at Companies House (SEVENTH DIMENSION LTD Company number NI660625) and remember their names, so that we know if they pop up again with the same shoddy business practices.

Ordered prismatic pre order in November 2024.

Release day comes around, no comms, I contact the company and they advise me they’re having delivery issues.. ok, other pre orders have arrived from other companies for the same order but whatever.

They’re unable to tell me when the item will ship, I’ve lost confidence they can fulfill the order so ask for a refund.

Some excuse comes back about unable to refund back to the card as their shopify account doesn’t work or whatever and ask for my bank details.

Not great but fine, provide them.

A week has since passed and no communication at all.

Seems to be a common theme with them.

DO NOT PRE ORDER. You’ll just be lending them money for free for months and then have to fight them for it.

Looks like it’ll be a charge back.

Ordered item never received, still haven’t received refund chased and chased avoid emails , terrible terrible company do not use , over 1 year and still chasing company ,AVOID them.

Ordered December 2023, received a couple of items from my order and the rest was pre-order, I messaged August 2024 as all preorder dates had passed, got told they were waiting on the stock. Messaged again in October 2024 and got told they would have to refund me but would have to be through bank transfer. Sent over my details and have had no refund. I have now not had a reply from them since November 2024 and have still not received a refund.

Did some preorders for One Piece in 2024. They delivered 2 orders, marked another as complete without sending the box and then just left the last order as ‘unfulfilled’. Answered one email but have then ignored everything else. No refund issued. Really odd company. Not sure if they’re chaotic, overwhelmed or just really don’t care. Sad approach.

It has been several months chasing for refunds as they took deposit for two boxes of TCG product and never delivered after months of chasing.

They even updated the order online to "cancelled".

But never refunded me the money for the products and the shipping cost.

They continuously drag the process, it seems like they are waiting to default the company and to run away with all their deposits they took from customers.

Pre ordered one piece OP09 booster box and it has not turned up. This company does not reply to e-mails, you can't phone them as number says voice mail box is full and did not put any tracking details on shipped e-mail. I will not buy from them again and it seems I am not the only one to be scammed.

Scammers - avoid.

Hide behind the front of a small family business which we’re supporting by using them rather than a bigger company. But they take your money, do not deliver any goods, and refuse to refund you despite months of chasing. I’ve spent so much time just trying to get my money back.

No excuses for it, using customers as a free loan or some other fraudulent reason, hard to see any other explanation.

Pre ordered One piece PRB-01 and no dispatch. After many calls and no answer I finally got through to them on an update and a query regarding shipping, they told that they did not receive their expected allocation and would have to cancel my order. I wonder if I didn’t get in contact if they would have ever cancelled my order. Terrible service from a store, would never order from here again. Don’t waste your time and money on this scam of a shop

Great store for in-store play and a plethora of Trading cards for sale - a few rooms could do with a little tidy up - other than that great!

No communication, no tracking, no items.

Never reply to emails. I suggest everyone challenge the purchase with their card providers and dispute the transaction, as they refuse to acknowledge their mistakes and give refunds.

It feels like misleading customers into selling what you don't have to hold on to their cash , shameful.

Ordered three Pop Heads in June 2023. Numerous chasers and explanations for the delay followed until in August 2024 I concluded I was never going to receive my order. Contacted 7th Dimension and they agreed to refund my money, but pleaded payment software issues. Arranged for a refund transfer directly to my bank which never arrived - they have ceased communicating with me. Having now read the reviews I’ve concluded that they are knowingly scamming people. Have now reported them to the Police / Action Fraud who I hope will investigate and close them down. Would give 0 stars if I could. Can’t stress this enough: avoid 7th Dimension at all costs.

Had tried to resolve a refund case respectfully however now being completely ignored for weeks after they had agreed to pay. A shame they couldn't just be transparent and I would have worked with them on a longer time-frame. I have ended up having to submit a chargeback request through my bank - awaiting the return as I post this. If anyone would like proof of this interaction as I see 7thdimension dispute all reviews which mention the same, please do reach out. Ultimately, they're getting interest-free loans from pre-orders. Shameful.

Quick to respond with some concerns I had

If i could give 0 stars I would. Same story as lot of other people. Pre-ordered 3 boxes of OP07 back in March. Release day comes, no update. Called one week later, I am told it will be shipped the next week. Next week Friday comes, I call them 4 times, they didn't answer. I am sure i'll never see that order so I took action to recover my money. Do yourself a favor, don't order from these scammers, you'll only get disappointment.

Ordered 2 Lorcana booster boxes back in NOVEMBER 2023 and am still awaiting a refund after promising to deliver in February.

£230 down the drain so far and they are ignoring my requests after saying they would refund.

AVOID
