This would be 1 star but the rather good pricing has boosted the rating. I was browsing the website, adding items to my basket only to realise when I went to pay that one was missing from my basket. It was definitely in there before. Tried searching again for the product but couldn't find it. Had to get my partner to find it on her device and turns out it had gone out of stock. Why not just tell me this instead of removing it from my basket and hiding it? Anyway, I selected the "notify me when back in stock option" and a week later I got the email, except it's now double the price and still out of stock. Anyway, I ended up making 2 orders for other things and was given a delivery date of 10 working days time. This is pathetic for a company the size of Disney. One of the items is still "In Progress" over 10 days later.
Only positive for the website is that the prices are much better than at the shops in Disneyland Paris.

zero is too much for them. Joke of a company. Almost 2 weeks ago paid them for item. Was meant to be for Birthday. No delivery yet. They haven't even dispatched the items.

Even calling them, you'd be lucky if anybody ever picks up the phone. You could wait for an hour without an answer.

Shamble of a company. Don't recommend this shop to anybody

Avoid ordering from here at all costs, they’ll take your money. Refuse to cancel the order after 9 days of waiting for the item to dispatch. The live chat agents flat out lie and actually blame “not having a cancel order button” as the reason they will not cancel your order. £200 down, no item to show for it. No way of getting my money back. Apparently they don’t care for the 14 right to cancel stated in the Consumer Rights act

Cancelled my order after a week of waiting for no reason!

I contacted to ask why order one was cancelled and they couldn't even give me an update, they told me it was probably out of stock but the systems weren't updating correctly. I ordered it anyway with another item as I didn't want to miss out on free delivery and customer services didn't offer any assistance.

Update - order arrived but a different item was cancelled - it's also still in stock. Coming to the conclusion they just cancel one item per order.

What an absolute shambles and customer service just do nothing.

Same as all the others that purchased in sale. My item is being refunded, no explanation and it’s back in stock at higher price. This was for a Christmas gift and there is no reason why they cannot dispatch this item. Disgusting behaviour, I expected so much more from Disney…. Customer service is non existent!

Absolutely atrocious customer service - returned my order on 13th Nov waiting the obligatory 10 working days still no refund to my acct so phoned on wed 29th nov (waited 40 mins! ) to be told parcel had arrived back to them on 15th nov and due to order value £100 wouls need to refer to a manager to authorise but should expect refund in acct 5 working days needless to say im phoning them back right now as STILL not got my refund have been waiting 44 mins for someone to answer the bloody phone BEST AVOIDED I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN

I placed an order worth £85 on the 3rd of November. Still haven’t received ANYTHING almost one month on (5th December)
I have emailed - no response
I have called 3 times - on hold for at least 30-45 minutes before someone answers only to be given the same scripted response that they will speak to warehouse and items will be despatched the next day.

I phoned and emailed again today asking that this is escalated to be told there’s nothing they can do.

So I am out of pocket and apparently there’s nothing I can do about it!

I am so disappointed in such a poor customer service!!!!

Same as everyone else on here.. they use evri so don't expect to receive your parcel.
Ignore emails.. phone cuts off when they hear your issue.. Live chat disconnected after hearing your complaining..
Considering disney is such a massive company the services is terrible.. now 50 pound down and just keep getting ignored

Horrendous company. Ordered an item which was in stock. Few items came three weeks later. Some still have not come.
Items arrived, came damaged and box smashed about (they use amazon delivery).
Emailed Disney two weeks ago, gave me reference and advised will contact me within 7 days. Two weeks later and still no response.

Called them a few times. Over an hour wait and only time I spoke to someone, they hanged up.

Do not use, absolutely disgusting service and store. Shows Disney true colours.

No items no refund, no customer service. Merry freaking Christmas disney. Never again

Will not be shopping here any more and will not recommend either.
Order goods October received half in a beaten up box. Other half did not turn up stuck with couriers. After 10 day managed to get through and get a replacement order and guess what again stuck with couriers. As soon as I see Evri I know its going to be hit or miss any company that uses them I will not shop at. Now stuck on phone yet again trying to get money back for a number of failed deliveries. For the love of god stop promoting your online chat service, its never available and get more people on the phones! Its not a Christmas thing....

I regret ever ordering from them. It took two weeks for one item of my order to be delivered and another 10 days for the second item. The second one arrived in broken packaging and the actual item box was damaged - not great as it was a birthday gift. I used the online chat and was sent an email address to send pics to, then an email with a link for returning, which I duly did. They've had the return over a week now but haven't dispatched the replacement. I've been on the chat more times than I care to remember, just to get cut off when I'm at position 1 or to be told rubbish full of 'hope' 'maybe', 'perhaps' etc. They can't/won't transfer to a manager and say I could request a callback within 3 working days. That's a joke as I put in a complaint nearly two weeks ago and still have had no reply, despite being told 3 working days. I've phoned, still mo joy. They keep saying there are 'warehouse issues'. So sick of this now and wish I'd never ordered from them. They've had my money and now they don't care.

Ordered a few items on Black Friday, within 30 minutes of their sale starting, and 13 days later receive emails explaining that the items are not available and the orders cancelled. They still have my money and have been earning interest on the balance. One of the out of stock items has been on sale in the last week on the website!!! Terrible company.

My previous review dated 19th October 2023 was only 1 star for reasons you can read for yourself.
While over a month later, my complaints have been addressed.
I was called by a manager at a time of my choosing today.
They listened carefully and acknowledged all my concerns; from late deliveries, to ltd edition products not being packed appropriately: apologising and taking the time to explain the reasoning behind it related to a move of warehouse and poor IT systems not working as planned after the move. The explanation was in-depth and I feel sincere: more recent deliveries beginning to resume to their past higher standards.

Absolute shambles of a company ordered an item took a week to tell me it wasn’t going to come by just refunding it with no explanation. Now it’s back in stock at full price. Jokers

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered and been told a delivery date, no order arrived. No one knows where it is, customer service are useless and reading from a script. Can't make a complaint unless you wait 5 days for someone to ring you. They don't answer emails, you wait hours on the phone for it to be answered, only for them to tell you to wait.

Ordered items for my grandson’s birthday, placed on 22/11/23, now a part of the order has been delivered 30/11/23, no communication in regards as to where the rest is! Small note on invoice saying things could come in different packages, created an account to check on status but no information on the website either very poor I’d have expected much better from Disney, his birthday is on 03/12/23 so doubt it will come on time, go to a store if you can. I know they will be busy with Black Friday but the lengthy delivery time is unexpected in 2023!

Place an order, delivered 2 weeks late the products buy decide to cancel the promotion and the free do; they offer doesn’t get delivered. I call them and the girl can’t answer any questions and keep offering me a free voucher to save delivery of future orders ….

Order placed on the 1st November, still no order now on the 28th November. I’ve called and emailed constantly to be told my order was delivered. Which is wasn’t!! I’ve argued this, with me constantly calling and trying to get through for atleast half hour each time to be told someone will email me so more waiting around and to be told to use the online chat that does not ever work as it always says offline!! Never will I order from this shop again. The company has gone downhill massively and I’m still without my order that is in someone else’s shed apparently so they will not refund me or send me out replacements!!
