We are so pleased with the kitchen from SKO. The quality is impressive and the price was very reasonable. We had a new kitchen (from a popular national kitchen supplier) not long ago in our last flat, and the difference is obvious - the SKO kitchen seems far better quality. Aaron was really helpful (and patient!!) and gave us excellent advice. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent service from planning to fitting ,absolutely perfect and I’m not easily pleased Danny the fitter a marvel , I don’t actually know how you can cut a European walnut work top that square to both adjacent units that’s 6ft long that couldn’t lift on my own ,and made me custom shelves . People should realise that not everything in life runs like clockwork and it the persons and companies that strive to keep the customer happy , well cuffed from my end 👍

Aaron was super friendly and approachable. He listened to everything we needed from our kitchen and what we liked and he was able to design exactly what we needed and more! Everything felt really personal and nothing was too much for him and he was able to accommodate last minute changes. When we went into the showroom to choose our finishes Aaron had already researched and short listed some larger appliances for us to choose from and was able to guide us to designs and accessories that suited our aesthetic making the whole process quick and stress free.

Had a complete kitchen refurb with these guys, professional from the start, easy process and took the stress away, always on hand for any questions, the whole thing from start to finish was so easy, and the kitchen is amazing, thanks to everyone from the showroom to the fitters - I absolutely love it. Would deffo recommend!

After sales service is a joke.
Ordered kitchen then the fitter called round and was wanting to charge us the earth for everything. He wanted to charge us for ripping the old kitchen out which had already been included in the price. The kitchen was fitted in a hurry and was completely unsatisfactory, parts missing and nothing squared up. The extraction hood wouldn’t close properly and the fitter just told me it was cheap and rubbish and I got what I paid for. The kitchen was over £6K. Got someone out from SKO and they spotted so many things wrong with the fitting, more than I’d noticed.(I’m no expert) . Was told a specialist fitter would come out and put things right. Three weeks later had to ring back as nobody showed. Was told it had not been booked in. Eventually fitter came and put things right. But the extraction had no filter fitted. The fitter said there was none in stock but he would come and bring some and fit one when they arrived in stock. Several weeks later again I had to ring back and remind them. The fitter brought and fitted just one filter.
There was no good will gesture or anything despite this being discussed and the extraction makes a right racket since the filter got fitted.
SKO happy to get your money but after sales service is an afterthought.

We are overjoyed at the completion of our new kitchen.
Simon laid out an excellent plan, our own preparations with went well, with removing a wall, new electrics and decorating. The delivery of materials was almost complete (minus the Microwave). Lee the kitchen fitter (recommended by Simon), was a personable, careful, accurate and deliberate worker, always arriving when he said he would. The quartz top, from Design Surfaces (recommended by Simon) is excellent. The new floor from Wendy’s (recommended by Simon) completes the overall effect.
The result has been admired by all our visited and even more so by us.

What a fantastic company! The kitchens they have are beautiful. Aaron was so good with the design and suggestions! Stuart the fitter was the best and has made my kitchen look wonderful. Even the delivery guys were great. Would highly recommend.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the team at SKO for their work in planning and delivering our kitchen.
Through the whole process so far they have been amazing and adaptable and really listened to our needs and helps us along the way.
Jon and Tom have just delivered the kitchen and have been polite and helpful. They were really respectful of the fact that we still have to be able to move around the space and have made the whole delivery process a breeze.
Thank you to you all, and can’t wait to get it fitted now.

We have just had our new kitchen delivered from SKO Hillsborough . I wanted to praise Jon & Tom the drivers for their outstanding customer service . Nothing was too much trouble. The left a walkway to the sink as lots of boxes and were very carefull with unloaing and placing boxes ready for fitter. I cant wait for the finished kitchen

We recently had our kitchen fitted by Colin D, supplied by SKO in Sheffield.

We are so pleased with the outcome and cannot fault the process that we have just gone through. It was simple, straight forward and we were always kept in the picture.

Prior to selecting SKO we had 4 companies quote for us and whilst SKO weren’t the cheapest we felt we would get the best outcome from them and at a reasonable price but with the benefit of a quality product.

The fitting was carried out by Colin D, whose workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he is definitely a ‘can do’ guy not a guy telling you why he couldn’t do it ! The electrics carried out by his electrician Lee, also a fantastic job, where nothing was too much trouble.

We would highly recommend SKO Kitchens and the fitter that they appointed to our kitchen project, who was outstanding!

We have recently had a new kitchen and fitted wardrobes from SKO Sheffield and I have to say am extremely pleased with both. They designed our products perfectly. The quality of the kitchen and wardrobes is outstanding. I had two different fitters supplied by SKO, one for the kitchen and one for the wardrobes and they both fitters were perfectionists and their work was outstanding. I would not hesitate in recommending SKO their products and fitters and amazing

We would recommend Sheffield kitchen outlet to anyone. Mark helped us design our refurbished kitchen with new doors, handles, work top, microwave & integrated cooker. When we went to the showroom, we ended up choosing a completely different design to what we imagined, something contemporary & new with copper handles. The showroom is great to give you ideas. The doors and accessories were made and soon delivered and two years on still look like new. Everyone comments on how the kitchen has been so transformed. Great company, very helpful staff & fab products. Thank you SKO 😀

What a shambolic organisation. Passed from pillar to post. It all seems to difficult for them to engage with potential customers. They clearly have too much work on and can’t cope with demand.

SKO are fantastic! We have had 2 kitchens from them already and will soon be ordering number 3. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a kitchen. The quality is second to none and the price is the best around. Mark is brilliant at designing the kitchens and has a suggestion for even the most awkward room shapes. Had a very awkward design for them to work with ...they overcame a lot of issues ..was a couple of snags but they were very quick to attend to ...fitter was a perfectionist as am I so to say I am very pleased with finished product is a hell of a compliment to them

I genuinely cannot praise this company highly enough. The guidance given by Mark at the Leeds showroom helped us chose the appliances and materials that were right for us. His product knowledge and advice in the end even ended up saving us money. 3 months after installation we're still delighted with both the kitchen and the experience of buying from SKO.

Excellent service & excellent quality!

Had my kitchen delivered in January by SKO and was impressed from start to finish. Aaron (our designer) was very honest and knowledgeable which made us feel at ease when deciding which company to go for. While ordering he advised us that, due to the current conditions, certain items would possibly not arrive on time, but will keep us posted if so ( not ideal, but was refreshing to hear rather than promising us the earth!) Once delivered, our own fitter had a few queries along the way, that were ironed out quickly by a few quick phone calls. All in all, very good!!
