Fantastic service from Aaron - he was so patient with helping us design our kitchen- lots of changes along the way and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.We are delighted with the finished result. The kitchen fitting team too led by Stuart were excellent. He was really helpful and efficiently liaised with other trades to get everything finished perfectly and on time. Everything went like clockwork and the end result is fabulous. I would highly recommend SKO to anyone wanting a new kitchen.

We had a kitchen from them in 2016 ( which was excellent ) & I called them on Thursday to see where we could get some replacement door hinges from, “don’t worry we’ll send a spare set out free of charge in todays post“ was the response, they arrived the following day, what service ! I would also mention the lady I spoke to in their Customer Services was really helpful, would not go anywhere else for our next kitchen, well done 👏👏👏👏

We recently had our kitchen fitted after opting to use SKO and their approved fitters. We visited a number of different showrooms and got different prices for comparison.SKO were very competitive, but more importantly, they guided us through the design process in a relaxed but efficient manner. We were provided with good quality design pictures and detailed quotes to help us come to the right decision. At no point did we feel pressured into any decision which was a refreshing change. The service we received from entering the showroom to the final fitting of the kitchen was absolutely fantastic.

Simon, one of the assistant managers at SKO, talked us through the designs, showing great patience as we swapped and changed things around to give us exactly what we wanted.

Katie, in Customer Services, was so helpful throughout, answering any questions we had and ironing out any minor issues with no fuss.

Brandon, Scott, Shaun and the rest of the kitchen fitting team were absolutely brilliant. They always turned up when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently. They “never saw problems , only solutions" ( that’s a quote ! ) and the quality of their work was superb.

We’re so glad we went with SKO and are really pleased with our kitchen now its complete.

Plenty of choice regarding worktops, cabinets, doors, etc. and the prices are very competitive. The whole process from the beginning, getting a quote through to choosing the kitchen and appliances and then fitting was smooth and straightforward. Harry at the Leeds showroom was very helpful when we were choosing colours and materials. He explained clearly each step of the process and was available to answer any questions.
The fitters, Scott and Charlie were also very professional and polite.
We would highly recommend SKO, the job is worth more than 5 stars.

I want to start off my review by saying how brilliant Sophia is who designed our kitchen, and how amazing Danni is, who fitted our kitchen. Sophia was extremely friendly, approachable, patient and most importantly listened to exactly what we wanted. She was honest, trustworthy and reliable and went above and beyond for us, we can't thank her enough. Danni is truly an expert in his field. His attention to detail was impeccable, he was extremely reliable, friendly and hardworking. Both Sophia and Danni are a credit to the company and I would recommend them to anyone.

Our experience with other people in the company wasn't as good. Some members of staff were rude and didn't want to help us when we had issues. Head office were difficult to reach also. When our kitchen arrived, there were two damaged cupboard doors. We contacted to get replacements for these. When the replacements arrived, one of the new doors were also damaged so we needed another replacement for that which is when head office were becoming more difficult and not giving us clear times of when to expect the delivery. When our kitchen was initially delivered, no one from head office informed us that we had no fridge freezer as it was delayed. They couldn't tell us when to expect one either. Sophia thankfully sorted this out for us as quick as she could, again showing how amazing she was throughout.

The cost of the kitchen itself was good and we really appreciated the breakdown of costs which was helpful when trying to make it cheaper. It does start to add up and get more expensive if you use one of their fitters as there is a cost for all parts e.g plastering, tiling, lighting. However, as previously said, we would never have been able to find a fitter as good as Danni ourselves so we were happy to pay for him knowing what an excellent job he was doing.

Overall, I would recommend Sheffield Kitchen Outlet, mainly for Sophia's and Danni's hard work. We are very happy with our new kitchen despite a few hiccups along the way.

Fantastic experience from design to fitting! Sophia was so helpful and friendly in the Sheffield branch and offered her design experience to enable us to create our beautiful kitchen. The quality of the units is outstanding and Colin the joiner was superb. Great workmanship and friendly approach. So happy with the end result. Thank you SKO team!

Can’t thank Launa at the Leeds branch enough she helped plan and design the kitchen and was very patient with us when we wanted a few changes and the fitting undertaken by Scott is great.
Would definitely use SKO kitchens again if we ever need another kitchen.

We looked at the national kitchen brands but decided to use SKO. The kitchen has now been fitted (by myself) and we are so happy with the results. What we like – 1/ The quality of the units is great and the solid back panels have been useful 2/ Some of our wall units were made an Inch deeper (to accommodate the boiler) at no extra cost. 3/ They can suggest and supply a great range of appliances at a discounted price. 4/ I damaged an end panel and a replacement was provided at cost. 5/ There was no hard sell, but thanks to Aaron for the design and dealing graciously with our countless questions. 6/ Quick Delivery once the order was placed. 7/ Delivery was straight forward and everything was correctly supplied first time
The only thing they could really improve on is the printed plan, although accurate, it could have had some more detail re. dimensions and unit identification.

Can't recommend this company highly enough. We had been to a few kitchen suppliers and it was a night mare. SKO had a really good range of kitchens to choose from. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they kept me informed every step of the way. Kitchen fitter was fantastic. Would definitely recommend SKO if your looking for a new kitchen.

The service and product I received from SKO has been outstanding. I now have 2 SKO kitchens in my properties, and would hesitate in purchasing a 3rd when required. Seamless service end to end

We have just had our new kitchen completed which was purchased from you at SKO Leeds. We are absolutely delighted with the finished kitchen, thank you so much to Launa who designed the kitchen for us. She helped and advised us so much with all the units, appliances and design ideas. We are so pleased with all our inbuilt appliances and our free dishwasher. Everything looks fabulous and we have had so many compliments and passed on our recommendations. We got our kitchen from the Leeds store and we are really pleased with it! The customer service was brilliant from start to finish! Launa was our design consultant and she is clearly very experienced in the area and made great recommendations and offered advice and suggestions around things we hadn’t even thought about!

It's been approx a year now we've had our kitchen, supplied from SKO, cannot fault anything, still looks as good now as it did when installed, Launa was so helpful. I would definitely recommend SKO to anybody wanting a new kitchen with exceptional quality at an affordable price.

SKO were the last place we visited when looking for a kitchen, it was recommended by a kitchen fitter we were getting a quote from.

We are so happy that we found them! The kitchen is beautiful and fantastic quality. From our first visit we felt like valued customers, there was no pressure selling and they actually listened and took on board what we wanted. Delivery was on time, quick and the drivers were very helpful. We did have 1 chipped door and another the wrong size but this was rectified incredibly quickly with one email. The customer service was fantastic.

We are so happy that we chose SKO and have gladly recommended them to several friends, the first of whom have already booked a measure appointment!
