Ordered online and discovered that I had been charged twice for the item, spoke to customer services via email who advised that it’s an authorisation payment and it will drop back into my account 7 days on and the payment is still held in the transaction emailed again this time no reply. So no package just yet and money taken that shouldn’t have been which is now a pending transaction that only the company can cancel

Ordered previously with this site, no issues. Picked up a special deal recently and it never arrived, was due on the 8th of December and after them circling in various emails about delays with the package and giving me a tracking number that did not work with the local courier, they had the audacity to tell me it was delivered back on the 8th of December at 8pm I the evening.. like honestly.

Bought an item, took 3 weeks to arrive, I wasn’t aware it came from abroad
Tried said item gently and it broke
Complained to sextoysuk, recieved an email saying we ship direct from supply and have no dealing otherwise
Checked suppliers info found warranty void as I’d opened the item
Their products are not suit for purpose, even at the cheaper prices they cost

My husband left me in earlier in July, so I had to replace him! I’ve been having troubles with discharge and unfortunately got an std as revenge that went wrong,we got back together and he picked the dildo up as a joke and he chased me with it later on he rubbed his eyes and ate food and now he has the same std as me as I hadn’t washed it and it still had the same germs on, they need to make it germ proof or anti bacterial, I would definitely recommend tho it definitely stopped those lovely nights of dry tears and made them wet again, thank you!

While making our selection we accidentally selected a non-EU device, we were then contacted immediately by one of their customer advisors via email who wanted to make sure we had made the right choice before shipping it to us to avoid disappointment!
We had issues with delivery, and again sextoys.co.uk customer service went above and beyond to assist us even though it wasn't their problem!! Genuinely the best customer service encounter I've ever had!

Pleasure attic are turning out to be one of the UK's Sex Toy websites.
They offer free delivery on orders over £10 and do regular price checks to make sure prices are the cheapest around.
Delivery is very discreet in plain packaging.

Speedy delivery and good products. I am a particular fan of their hygiene products which not all sites offer. Nice non flashy site and easy to navigate, prompt responses.
All in all...good.
