I purchased an item from Cloud Climax in 2024 for £2,249.
After less than a year, the product developed a defect.
The seller refused even a partial refund and the issue has now reached a small-claims stage.
I hope they improve how they handle customer issues, as the process has been very stressful. I wouldn't advice purchasing from them.

First of the communication was brilliant asked for advice on storage maintenance gave me everything I needed to know very happy with the service will be using again in the future.

Having bought from this outlet previously (about 4 years ago), I have to say that what used to be a very prestigious customer-based business has fallen short of that standard by far.

1. Emails were always responded to with the highest of courtesy. It was a service next to none. However, in the process of inquiries to do with my my recent purchase, some of my emails were completely ignored. I started to get the sense that I was being tolerated and not taken care of.

2. It Used to be the case that he attitude of support staff made you feel highly valued as a customer (much like an Apple or Amazon purchasing experience would feel) Now however, there is a borderline-obnoxious and rude underlying tone in most of the responses I received when I asked for progress reports on manufacture at various points during the production timeline. This is the new tone of response from customer support and it makes you get the sense that you are bothering them. Surely it should the suppliers stance to go over and beyond reasonable customer requests to improve the experience of buying and establish goodwill for buyers to feel secure enough to return and recommend to other? Maybe I am asking too much. I stress - my requests were nothing beyond reasonable.

3. Finally I made a third purchase based on a promise on the website to deliver an item which was in stock. The promise was to deliver on the same day or next day delivery. It was on this basis that I decided to purchase the item. Shortly after this, I had purchased it online. I received an acknowledgement. I asked for a confirmation of the next day delivery promise and I was told that the item would arrive two days later. "why?" " because that is what we do.” was the answer to my inquiry. At this point, I'd had enough. I simply wanted to receive my goods and hopefully move on to use other vendors who would value my custom.

So in summary are there any positives to buying from Cloud Climax? Certainly. They are in the heart of London so delivery times can be a lot shorter if they have your item in stock. You can have your package in days as opposed to months. They thoroughly check for any faults or defects in order to amend these either by dropping the price or replacement if so needed. Finally my past two experiences of their delivery service have been very good. The courier respected my need for discretion and called me so I could meet him and take my delivery off him rather than at my door (one of these was even delivered on a Saturday! How cool it that?) since I live with other people who I’d rather not have peering into my personal matters. On the other hand, the the warmth of customer service is hugely lacking in my humble opinion. This has not always been the case.

Let me keep this real for you. Don’t expect communication that is over-satisfactory or a vivid picture of what is happening with your order after you pay. You will be quoted standard production times as stated in their terms and conditions (in a rather cold tone). Nothing more.

“Oh but could you at least let me know if the finished item has left the factory and is on the way here?” You may ask.
Well you’ll most likely be told “We will let you know when it arrives.” “Why is this?” You may ask
… and that’s when you may be told as I was, “That is what we do.“

I just bought a zelex sle. She looks unexpected real. I'm very happy with my purchase and for sure i will buy again from clud climax. They deliver exactly what you order. Thank you so much.

They were great AGAIN. I ordered 4 big orders times in the last few years and always a great service from Paul and Mark. I get a delivery with a company driver and that's good too, helped me up stairs with the box.
