Buy 1 get 2 free-Lie
I was emailed a special offer to buy one get two free. When I tried it 7 times and kept getting the same result ($49.99 for each) I decided to reach out to customer service. Customer service decided to tell me to buy one of the the $89.99 bundles which did not have the items I wanted which was buy 1 regular hour glass bundle and get 2 free. I wasn't interested in the sauna one or that plastic mess. They never had a resolution on getting what they emailed me about. Customer service No! I have the emails to support my statement.

It really works well
It really works well. Very happy with my purchase. But my only complaint is they say they don’t turn up and they do and because of wire bars in the back you can’t straighten back out but other then that it does what it says.

Doesn’t last
Ordered my waist trainer in February, received it mid March. It was fine until the plastic things inside started coming out & stabbing me in the back. I don’t think I’ve had it long enough nor used it enough for this to have happened. I’ve only used it for 2 months. Safe to say I will not be buying another.

Product is fine! My review is for shipping! You guys are charging $7.99 for USPS Priority shipping, but you are not shipping the products that way! You are using parcel select which has a cheaper shipping rate and is slower! That is not ok, I work for USPS.

By June I wrote to see what date it was supposed to be delivered. Found out it got sent back even though the address was correct!!! Now they want more money?!?! I bought the hourglass girdle w the hooks on it in February and it did an amazing job i wore it til it was too big then i bought the hourglass girdle w the velcro and the skin tightening cream and i just received it 2 days ago and so far so good Awesome job..Thank you sculpt touch
