I order 8/18/26 not only did they NOT ship during the promised time, they never answered my emails requesting an update or cancellation. I even went to the lengths of trying to join the Facebook group to get assistance only to not be accepted. I disuted with bank after 20 business days. 1 out of the 2 items order arrived 10/27/26. The 2XL top and matching skirt is actually for a 12 yr old and not true to size. Total waste of time and money do not ORDER

I surely will not never Oder anything from this sight I never received my package it’s been over 30 days no response at all I just want my money back y’all can keep the merchandise and the store this website need to band for noncomunication and fraudulent advertising I’m not go even get on shipping

I order on October 11th and still no update at this point the way the reviews are looking from what I’m saying now I would just want a refund. I want my money back. This is very disappointing.

Ordered a costume on Oct 6, and it’s still listed as “waiting for detail”. Do not order if you want your costume or outfit to come at a specific time or before Halloween. Very unprofessional customer service. Would never order from here again.

I am putting a 1 star just so that I can inform any and everybody that sees or hears an advertisement for Sculpttouch.com or Sculpt touch official. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED MY EMAILS AND IT'S GOING ON A MONTH SINCE I HAVE ORDERED MY OUTFIT.

I ordered a jumpsuit on September 28, 2026. I have not received any updates or anything. I will NEVER order from these bail jumpers again. No communication whatsoever.

⚠️ Very Disappointing Experience — Think Twice Before Ordering!

I placed an order for a jumpsuit on September 24, and nearly a month later, I still haven’t received it. I haven’t received any meaningful updates about my order, shipping confirmation, or tracking information. I have no idea what is happening with my purchase.

This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. When customers spend their hard-earned money on a business, the least they deserve is communication, transparency, and reliable service.

Based on my experience, I would think twice before ordering from Sculpt Touch. I cannot recommend a company that leaves customers waiting without updates about their purchases.

Sculpt Touch, please do better. Customers deserve to know where their orders are and when they can expect to receive them. I hope this review encourages you to address this issue and improve your customer service.

As of today, I am still waiting for my jumpsuit and a proper response.

This site need to be shut down, it’s a scam and paying $90 for a catsuit just to never receive it is insane, they comment on facebook and instagram but won’t respond to email, been waiting over a month and still no shipping details and no response now I have to dispute with my bank

So I ordered and tried to track and there is no website. So this is a scam. I should have known. Will be contacting the bank.

Absolutely the worst over 3 weeks ago no email confirmation tracking an Shopify does nothing to make them respond or ship your stuff this is a scam ! Will be contacting my bank for a full refund

I ordered back on 9/26 and it is now 10/8. Ordered and paid through shop. It is still waiting for tracing information. I tried to go to the website to check on status but it no longer works. Sigh.

I ordered the black catsuit with leather corset around waist September 22 . Never received it and now I think the website has shutdown. I sent an email no reply so im have to file a dispute. Thieves at their best.

It’s a scam. Wish I would’ve seen reviews earlier. Ordered with plenty of time before big event. Item never arrived. Was really hopping for this specific look. Will contact bank for refund. Over 1 month, no confirmation email, no customer service support.

I ordered on August 20thand today is Sept 1 & it's still saying preparing order smh. I have 2 lawyers in my immediate family and I'm really thinking about suing their ass for my money being I reached out to customer service twice and got no response. Unexceptable

The Order never arrived I ordered August 11, 2026 and it’s August 31, 2026, still no sign of the two outfits I ordered. I sent an email yesterday, no response I will file a dispute with my bank if this isn’t resolved immediately I ordered this for my birthday it’s next week and still no signs of these two outfits. I hate companies who don’t intent to send people their stuff.

I purchased an outfit on August 5,2026!!! They still haven’t sent me a confirmation email or anything. I can’t get in touch with anyone. It’s now August 14,2026. Just awful not a good way to conduct business . But they did take my $50 payment..
