The manufacturer avoids labelling its products as PFAS-free. It means they may (and likely do) contain fluorinated 'forever' chemicals, like Teflon, which is still commonly used in cheaper cookware.

Instead, they say it's free from PFOA; in other words, the production is - which it should be by law. The problem is that an ill-informed customer may confuse PFOA with PFAS (as another author in a review mistakenly did).

Also, some of the Scoville products look similar to cookware with pure ceramic (therefore PFAS-free) coatings.

I had an issue with a couple of my pans in my set.

I have had three Scoville pans, 1 frying pan and 2 saute pans. the saute pan started to stick after a few months and was replaced by place of purchase, but the new one has done exactly the same as has the frying pan.. i contacted Scoville direct and they asked for pictures which i sent but the reply i got was a bit stupid really saying you cant use the pans on a high heat here is there reply "Non-stick cookware is not designed to be used on high heats and this is not unique to Scoville. To counter this, we construct our pans from aluminium which conducts and retains heat better than the likes of stainless-steel or cast iron cookware. This means that you can use your Scoville cookware on a medium-low heat and achieve the same results as you would on a higher heat in other cookware." I use these on an induction cooker so cant see how high heat can harm them, i replied and told them they need to put on the packaging "not suitable for high heat" !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I pulled the large basket out and was left with the handle only lid the lookin glass only had it four months

An amazing company. My frying pan was 5 years old and been used alot. It he'd begun to lose its non stick. Contacted the company for the guarentee. In 5 days I had my brand new pan. The pans themselves are great.

Had a problem with a Wok purchased last year, had a lifetime guarantee. Once I reported the problem and sent the necessary documents, replacement was sent promptly.
Victoria who dealt with my emails was very helpful as well as efficient.

Had an issue with a Scoville Roasting pan, reached out to Customer Services within no time was contacted by Victoria spoke about the issue and chose an alternative item of similar value which was quickly despatched and received. Customer Service at it's best.

I had a very positive experience with Scoville customer service. They were very helpful, cooperative, and quick to respond to my request. Under the warranty, they promptly arranged for a replacement and sent me a new cookware set to my home, the same as my previous one. I really appreciate their efficient service and support.

One knife has failed within this time which was sold exclusively via Asda's.

Sorry but you didn't help. This was an exclusive buy. The price of the set should see they last the year at least.

The quality is generally good but unless a replacement is honoured I won't be buying or recommending these products again.

Absolutely loving these pans! They’re lightweight, heat evenly, and the non-stick coating makes cooking and cleaning effortless. They’ve quickly become my go to pans in the kitchen.

I bought two Scoville Neverstick pans, one a frying pan, the other a Wok, through Amazon. I was so happy to receive them and do love the Scoville Neverstick as it seems a good, tough non-stick surface and cleans up quickly and beautifully. I’ve been using them for quite a long time now and they still look new - and I’ve been using my son and daughter-in-law’s saucepans for even longer. I’m so impressed with them. I am now thinking about buying the set of saucepans.

I brought I bought 5 roasting tins and every time I use them my potatoes get covered in a black sticky substance I don't understand why

Pan deformed/changed shape after a very short period of time after purchase. I bought it from Sainsbury's in April. After a few use, I noticed that the square shaped steak pan started to curl up on the corner. I wish I can take a photo here but it looks really strange. Now the pan wobbles on the hob as the bottom is no longer flat.
Cheap material used that doesn't stand the heat of a quality Miele induction hob.

Really friendly and helpful customer advisor. We went from using our saucepans on a gas hob to an induction hob since moving house and I think years of use on gas may have damaged the bottom of the pans, resulting in a poor connection with the new induction hob.

A couple of emails and photos of pans were exchanged and the decision to replace them was made.
Can't fault them at all, our Neverstick pans have been a staple in our kitchen for about 7/8 years and this is the first time I've even thought about using the lifetime guarantee and safe to say I'm very impressed.
Really happy with the quality of products, (we've got pans, oven dishes, cake tins and chopping boards and they're all great) the customer service and help is probably even better than the products would highly recommend.
