Customer Service
Scottish Power notified me when I was in credit with my payments & of the amount in credit. I made a request for partial refund which was acknowledged immediately. I am expecting the refund shortly as repayments are usually made within 5 working days. I find Scottish Power to be very approachable and efficient. Excellent Customer Service!

After trying to get through and not being cut off on the third day of trying I had a very helpful agent.

Since my last review
Since my last review, I have still not received the money that I am owed. It is now 2 months since I changed suppliers. I was assured that a cheque would be sent to me by registered post when I spoke to a customer service representative on October 20th but nothing has turned up. I asked for a complaint reference so that I can make a forma complaint (not possible without a reference number) and I was sent one but when I fill in the form the number is rejected. So I cannot escalate this and I am still owed £460.89

The best energy provider by far!!
I find using their website and app very easy so I can manage my account. I am very happy with the service I have received from Scottish Power. I like that they offer ways to reduce your energy bill such as the option to use your appliances/energy at off peak times to get reduced energy prices and the reward scheme is a great idea. I recently redeemed my points and reduced my energy bill. They have a good range of other services such as boiler cover policies at competitive prices. We have taken out boiler protection policy and found it very easy to arrange the annual boiler service. I would highly recommend Scottish Power
