This is my second dress from Scamp and Dude and it is fabulous! Always gets compliments. Delivery was speedy and very cute packaging. Great company and I highly recommend them!

I ordered a dress after being recommended by a friend who regularly buys from S&D. Unfortunately the material was damaged in a couple of places. I contacted S&D who quickly resolved the problem and replaced the dress. They responded immediately and were very apologetic. I was very pleased with the service. My friend advises that she hasn’t had a faulty item in all the years she’s been buying of them so I believe this was a one off and I’ll have buy from them again.

Love the style and quality of the clothes - so stylish and excellent quality .
Also the help you get when asking a question is speedy and very professional - will definitely be buying more items
Scamp and Dude has also been very generous in donating to our cancer group scarves for those having cancer treatment - this is very much appreciated by the patients.

I brought my girlfriend’s birthday present and made a mistake with delivery address. Debs from the customer service team has gone out of her way to help and ensure my girlfriend has a present to open! It was my error, but the care and understanding from debs has been outstanding. Beautiful clothes but amazing customer service. Weather changes meant I was hoping for a warmer weather option for an event- express delivery had been turned off for the bank holiday (so they didn’t disappoint customers) but a quick call to customer services and they promised that if I placed my order they would send it for the next day- and I arrived on time. Amazing x

I recently had a small issue so I sent them an email in the evening. First thing next day I had an apology email and a resolution that was totally beyond my expectations so thank you for such a pleasant customer service experience Scamp & Dude 😃

Dress was awful. Cheap material and arrived looking like a rag. Order returned at my expense and as usual S&D take longer than any other retailer to process the refund. My last 3 orders have all been returned down to quality & poor sizing. The declining quality, combined with the expense of delivery & return has turned this once favourite brand into one I sadly cannot recommend. Be wary of all the gushing reviews on here, all within a few days in Feb - the owner posted asking people who follow S&D on Insta & FB to help increase the star rating.

Received the beautiful grey neon rainbow leopard jumpsuit a couple of weeks ago. Wore it once and after washing noticed a fault in the hemline. I contacted customer services who responded very quickly, and posted my exchange out to me the next day. Fantastic service from Debs! xx

My jogging pants became damaged and I only had them for four months, I contacted customer care and they were brilliant they came back to me within two hours and shipped a replacement on the same day.

Why can’t all customer services be like this!’

Same as others - returns take weeks to process and have to chase. Won’t buy from them again.

I keep being drawn to the brand because of its ethos but the service in returning items and how off the sizing is over the range has put me off, it took a month for a refund and that’s was with me chasing them 3 times for the money

Ordered a dress and jumper. Wasn't overly impressed, the dress was OK, but purely due to sales price. Really don't think the original price can be justified as material is pretty basic. Jumper looked very different and was sent straight back. The biggest issue is the cost of postage to order and again to return and then takes up to 3 weeks for the refund to be received in my case it took 10 working days from receipt of return and then a further 3 days for money into bank. I can't see myself ordering again, lesson learned.

Customer service was great as usual. It's always so nice to be greeted by all the staff as you walk in, look around etc. They are all so helpful and lovely.

Very expensive even in the sale for not great quality. I bought the pink and black zebra print cardigan and after wearing it once it bobbled and looked cheap. The logo of the lightening bolt on the sleeve has been placed on the black part of the print on the web page but on my cardigan it’s on the pink part so just looks like an error in the fabric.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend or buy again from them.The returns process is complicated and expensive. Cannot understand how to leave a review on their web page and suspiciously all the reviews on there are 5 star.

Bought a faux leather bumbag. Like most right handed people (90% of the population) I wear it on my left shoulder. The bag then closes UNDER your arm rather than beneath your chin. It's insecure and impractical. I wrote to S&D in the hope that they might forward my comment to designers for future bags and got back an absolute load of fluff telling me to wear the bag on my other shoulder. Great customer service guys.
I realised the design flaw after i'd spent a day wearing the bag and getting increasingly irritated. too late to return. at least it's pretty!
I made a product review on the bag page post purchase, validated it, and note that somehow it's mysteriously never made it on to the list. Strange huh?
I also bought a long pretty dress in their Edinburgh store and on its first wear realised the hem was basically shredding itself it was so badly sewn. Not what you expect from a not-cheap dress. i snipped them off, repaired a couple of flaws and called it a lesson learned.

Frankly, an altogether underwhelming experience!
