I found the response time on any query to be lightning fast. Call backs were always with in the time promised.
Meetings were easy to arrange. Phonecall support and answering questions by email or by phone were also very quick.

I / we had a problem with creating…payee services
I / we had a problem with creating payees. Phillipa from customer services was exceptionally helpful to the extent that we tried her fix suggestions and traced the problem to the IOS Safari program. This was rectified and Phillipa stayed on the telephone throughout the whole problem until rectified and then the fix was tested and confirmed.
