I was made to feel welcome and all of my account enquirers were answered. New accounts were set up for me and I was shown how to manage them online. All in all, a very pleasant experience and a helpful and charming consultant.

Stress free account opening…
My wife and I wanted to open current accounts and a savings account at the Douglas office. Arranging the appointment was easy, and it was so refreshing in 2026 to be able to sit opposite a real person.
Daisy was friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout - she explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions, and didn’t engage in any form of hard-sell. Presenting id documents like passport and driving licence is made so much easier when you can attend in person.
The whole process was smooth and totally stress free - and we came away with everything we wanted. Mission accomplished, it’s 5 Stars from us, thank you.

We visited the Bank today to enquire about one of our accounts and whilst there Anne- Marie advised us on another of our accounts that was not earning any interest, she was extremely professional and helpful arranging everything for us .

Anniemarie was amazing. Very good customer service. Went to the Santander Cafe around lunch time and she was very good. Had some cash in the Gold account and she suggested having the cash in a savings account. This was the first time an officer explained to me this product existed. Well done Annmarie, you are amazing.
