Saw the previous negative review and was a bit nervous but thought I’d give them a go as they were much cheaper for the boots I wanted than elsewhere.
Great service - delivery arrived before it was expected and emails when ordered, dispatched and then tracking. Will use again.

I was very reluctant to order from this company after reading all the comments from here, but went with my gut instinct and ordered. I am so glad that I did, my overall experience was absolutely brilliant from start to finished. They have been in constant communication throughout every step of delivery process and I received my order in 6 days. I am very chuffed with how the service went and Evri delivered my parcel without any extra fees, I just paid for the delivery charges when I ordered. The crocs boots I ordered for my daughter are absolutely beautiful 😍, and I will definitely will be ordering again, 10 out of 10 for service, thank you very much 😊.

This company is fraudulent. The number on their website doesn’t work and any email online bounces back. I never received my product and no way of getting refund or in contact with them. Avoid at all cost!

Was sceptical from looking at reviews. Ordered timberland boots for my son… really good price.. fast deliver from Evri… kept up to date with emails… very happy.

Absolutely shambolic experience. I followed the advice on their site, as they stated that sizing up one full size was necessary, with the boots I wanted - and when I got them, they were so big that I could not wear them. The site states that postage and returns are free - they are not.

When I tried to contact them, I got various rude emails back - and their customer service manager did not answer my queries, and denied that their advice is poor, and that I should not have followed it?! I tried to call them numerous times, and it always went through to an answer machine... never answered, and the message says you need to fill out a contact form on their site - but it does not exist.

In the end I spoke to PayPal and they sorted it out for me, thankfully.

Hassle free from purchase to delivery.
Good quality product. So good that I ordered more as soon as first delivery arrived. Super fast free delivery on the products I ordered.

Having tried numerous times to speak to Customer Service without success. I have now given up as they only have an answer machine. I have seen that they have over 100 complaints on Trustpilot, which doesn’t give me any confidence that I will receive any shoes/boots. If for any reason, I have a problem I can’t see how they would address it as when I tried to email them it bounced back. A shame really as they have nice shoes and boots.

Great communication and delivered earlier than expected. Will definitely be using this company again.

Like many I was a little reluctant to purchase here as there were a fair few negative reviews. I have to say, the service, delivery & item were all absolutely spot on & I am both impressed & delighted with my purchase. Everyone’s experience is different, mine on this occasion, was without fault. Highly Recommended.

I found 'Rubbersole' by surfing the internet 'images' looking for nice good quality summer sandals for my wife and boat shoes for myself - what a find! They have the best selection of fantastic quality shoes for Men, Women [particularly Women] and Kids. We got what we wanted and all pairs were delivered swiftly. We were able to change a pair for a bigger size and return one pair my wife felt did not suit her and the service for the return process is swift and exceptional to be honest - this firm leads the way in quality shoes and how 'to do it' online... we will definitely be making this our first port of call when looking for any shoes in the future. Highly recommended

Do not order from this company if speaking to customer services could be a requirement. The phone number and opening times are irrelevant since the number is diverted to a message advising that the offices are closed. Really bad 1st experience
My order has never been received and I am now financially out of pocket and was unable to give the item as the birthday present it was intended for.

I cannot trust any of the positive reviews on this site. I placed my orders on the 4th of July and didn't hear anything. I was expecting delivery this week as stated in the checkout and upon checking on their website the orders are still in validation stage. I sent an email as soon as I placed the orders as the discount code which was sent by email was impossible to use during order checkout, and again no response. Really bad customer service, after researching and making the decision to buy, I regret spending so much and trusting this website. I have been calling the contact number published on their website, and constantly get that offices are closed, to call during working hours. Really unprofessional and irresponsible with people's time and money. I wouldn't trust this website especially after reading about import fees as well.

12/07/2025 - still no update on my order, customer service Adriana and Oliver entirely unhelpful, they requested an ID which I provided immediately and now I receive the same robotic email that there is an open case with PayPal and they can't change anything on my order, of course I spoke to PayPal and there was nothing opened... Apalling customer service and company.
