Rosewood Investigations  Bewertungen

I want to share my experience of this company from dealing with them today.Initially as always people are very keen to help and respond to calls and emails immediately.
They quoted me £350 +vat and when I asked the case handler Mark Harris for his VAT number he refused to give to me.
Happy to expect me to pay it but won’t provide the number even thou he told me he was there 16 years and had to email his manager!!!
I asked if this company was ICO registered as it is not listed anywhere and was told it trades under another name and again wouldn’t supply this information to me!!

Thirdly wouldn’t allow me to do a bank transfer either only takes debit and credit cards

As soon as he was questioned on these matters just simply ignored me

Would anyone else be happy to accept these 3 points before instructing someone

All v v odd
Lady who initially emailed me also couple of spelling errors on email so all v v unprofessional

Helped me find my sister 5 stars from me definitely will be recommending this firm

Helped me and my partner with a complicated fraud. Thank you so much. The team are very helpful and supportive

I was provided with wrongful information from Rosewood.

When I found out, I contacted them and they assured me an "internal investigation" is going on, and senior leadership is aware.

It has been over 3 months, and I still have not had any feedback on why this has happened yet, despite numerous chasers! Either the firm is bogus, or individuals in the firm make a profit providing wrongful information, destroying the firm's reputation.

Just received my report thank you!
I will use your services again in the future!

I have worked with Janet in a professional and personal capacity. She has a high degree of emotional intelligence as well as excellent practical skills. She is honest but sensitive snd supported me during a really difficult time in life - to establish the facts of a situation that I was facing so I could make a more informed balanced decision about a potential new partner. It took the emotion and doubt out of the situation for me and was so helpful.

First class , got exactly what I asked for , a full report but also they gave more as were so helpful on the phone whenever i called , Jessica in particular was great as super helpful offering me support and much appreciated advise making a very stressful time a lot easier .
